Yaoi Shrubs, Silphselas and Tasoma Extracts are going to be the bane of my existence. Not only you need them for the Incarnon Genesis things, BUT also for the damned Duviri weapons themselves! The loot radar for Kaithe is entirely worthless. You've got maybe 10 metres around your horse. And that's it. You get a lot (and I mean a LOT) of Eevani, Agristone, Kovnik and Sagging Pearls from doing Steel Path Circuit. And I've been doing that a LOT. I'm drowning in those resources and it's pissing me off, compared to how few of the important ones I've got.
Tried doing it on steel path once, took me 8 minutes just to clear the first stage as the Dax were just too beefy. And I just kept dying in the undercroft.
Its not nearly as bad with max intrinsics and a good roll for the boss right. Otherwise yeah more time efficient to run normal as the boss takes too much time with bad gear
Hm, are you playing on the lone story mode, or the duviri experience. The lone story mode disables all side objectoves (fishing as well). Otherwise it might be a bug.

Yeah, you need to complete the story mission all the way to the end. Leaving mid mission will delete the resources. Edit: I was incorrect. You only need to get a decree
You definitely do not need to complete a mission. I was literally short like 30 cannla sprouts, and popped in, grabbed them, got a decree, and left. Yes my mission complete screen was blank and said that I didn't get anything, but that is incorrect. When I got back to the crystalyth, I now have enough resources to get my incarnon adapter and I'm now the proud owner of a Prisma Skana Incarnon. I did not complete ANY parts of the mission.
People see it as a content island. A place where you need to go, complete everything and then never touch it again. But yes, I also don't get it. Video games are supposed to be fun, not a job.

a tip for people with a booster. as of 33.0.3, rune marrow still doesnt give the correct quantity when having a resource booster. Pick up rune marrow with drifter and you should get 2 if you have a booster active.

Many things. You need them to craft duviri weapons, incarnon genesis (late-game weapon upgrades) and many things Acrithis sells, like decorations and some stuff. Sadly most of the good stuff costs pathos clamps, which is hard to farm in large quantities.

I know I'm late but it also appears in large quantities in the Custos Arch and chamber of the muses area
As a tip, one of the Riding Intrinsics lets you have loot radar when you're on a Kaithe, so having that will also help with finding deposits.
Hey small tip connla sprout can spawn at the Trax water pool as well easy to spot if one's up.
Yeah I found that if I just follow the water I can find a lot of it, got 24 Connla sprout in 1 run
rune marrow works with a booster, but only if you pick them up as the operator/drifter and not the warframe.
This has been patched so you now get 2x even as a frame

If your doing the fishing one for maw fang make sure you finish the mission dont leave or you will lose just the maw fang lol

@zebpeep1390 I agree with you on that but the first combat intrinsic make it easier so I suggest you pick that up if you want to do more sp runs
I still prefer Steel Path because I never just farm Pathos Clamps, instead I always go to Duviri to farm a whole bunch of things.
