Last one is best for the area and the backyard also is semidetached. The cost of properties is low but remember any repairing cost is high. The investment is better for local.

盡可能買独立屋。没有連牆屋，連屋頂，共用去水渠等等公用問題。同时，增值快……因它Demand大，Supply 少。当然最重要是Location...Location. ( I am a Real Estate Broker)
估你買了第一間，小朋友住的開心，證明這間屋各方面都不錯。第四間都唔錯👍

因為價錢第二平，環境幾好，已經有租客，間屋大過晒其餘兩間，見兩個小朋友幾開心，屋內設備狀況可能不差。
最主要睇LOCATION, 仲有你还买来住定系投资。如果系我肯定唔会买高楼，L9近Aintree Hospital个区有小小远，我估应该会买第一个有小朋友国个。但如果我系投资，睇近University of Liverpool个楼。有学生个地方先有活力。

Which house you pick as investment depends on which kind of tenants you would like. Most likely, 1 & 4 if you want families with children for tenants. #2 for young couples or singles with roommates. #3 if you want to be slum lord.
Boiler in the bedroom in the 1st property needs investigating.
I saw that too. But they should have boxed it up properly and not left exposed like this. I have not seen these kind of old terraces houses, and these new builds as well.... Which is what that house is. I think somewhere along the lines... the citizens have been gazumped. Cos Southern houses would not have had these kind of "cut margin" situations. Now I get why Theresa May went ape-shaped about the building standards. This is pretty bad ! They need a formal architectural unit within Liverpool's Council Planning department. I bet you this did not exist. Cos they did not reject such models.
It is quite common really. Normally, the gas boiler is housed inside a cupboard or a press.

I prefer the first terrace house with a small garden in front and backyard garden. Liverpool is better than manchester thought as near the beaches.
Liverpool is close to the river Mersey. there are beaches further down to Southport but cant swim there. I would suggest to go crabbing in New Brighten though. But is only in summer time as it s super windy there in general.
You also can go jogging, cycling or blackberries picking by Otterspool which is by the river. Cycle from south of Liverpool to Albert Dock which is a cycle lane.

自住就apartment 啦，小朋友玩可以去公園玩囉，始終有管理好啲，香港人都住慣Apartment。投資就最後個間唔錯，不過唔知地區好唔好。
House 有花園幾好但是用木和磚頭建設感覺有點不穩陣？apartment 要付管理費，有地租和是leasehold不知再出售情況如何。外國人好似較喜歡住house。真係要自己考慮那種適合自己購買！
@@mabelyu5067 自住租apartment 都唔錯，投資就當然買屋啦。Leasehold 最怕係年期短，如果夠長，其實Leasehold 同freehold 唔會差太遠，仲多個選擇，唔好太限死自己投資。
老實講塊地唔係你嘅，你租緊，人哋趕你走，要賠俾你。唔係賠租金咁簡單~

@@fafafafalee1503 那看看你有冇小朋友，如有的負擔當然大一些。我在外地靠買屋收租，回報好過香港好多，這裡幾百萬港幣已可買兩三間屋，還有錢買新車。收租最好買一些一百至一百幾萬港幣已可以，及管理費要低這樣回報會高。全部屋交由地産管理租務，唔洗自己煩管理。另外自己再買間细些少自住，需然細其實也大過香港好多。千奇唔好買豪宅出租。在外地衣食住也比香港平，所以完全沒問題。如我在香港的肯定要繼續工作及供樓。做到老也要做。
