First of all, on congratulations to you for the new home. I would rather to let the third floor as simple as possible (though a big glass window is very attractive!) and saved more money for the first and second floor. My principle is the money spent on the place you stayed and use most.

識野一定買舊屋，最好就梗係舊屋重建，但貴到喊，而且人地已經賺左個水位，自己搞有錢賺，800K買舊屋用200K做加建翻新，整好升值至1200K，咁又執2球。然後好多人用香港樓心態去睇，係英國買HOUSE，係買屋+地，舊屋塊地皮先值錢，新樓塊地皮唔值錢。D人問coco哥咁多錢買間爛屋返來再用咁多錢裝修，點解唔直接買新屋?尼個係連基本嘅邏緝都無，地段跟本唔同，你睇左佢附近一間重建的新屋賣緊幾多錢先啦。人地買九龍塘舊屋，你就問人地做乜唔買掃管笏新樓，都痴根的。學區舊樓永遠有市場，新樓英國大把地可以成個區起出來，當5年之後要放售，下一手買家亦都會有同一想法，點解我唔去買全新樓而又要去買一間人地住過嘅2手樓地段又唔係好。
