- Here is a fun match with me and Fatal Triggur.
Go easy on me on the video editing for this my first time using Vegas so don't be surprised if you see anything wrong with the number animations.
Please be patient with me for game 2 & 3 for this takes a long time to edit.

Love the animations. Seriously, that makes it incredibly easy to follow as a newcomer. Still learning single card effects, but that was great.

I get to know about vanguard back in primary school around 8 years ago when I watched my secondary schooler friends playing it. They were using Narukami, Royal Paladin, Kagero, and Megacolony deck. But then there is one deck I fell in love with when they got the new deck, Link Joker 😍 Somehow I still remember about CF Vanguard until now.
I really liked the editing, it was really well done.
I would love to see more at a later date for sure. Looking forward to it.

Read King of Knights, Alfred carefully and you'll see that he cannot be boosted while on the Vanguard Circle not Rearguard Circle.

OMG! THIS WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO INTENSE!
When you watch in 2017 but still notice a misplay :P. (Kagero player should have retired Blaster Blade's booster, not Alfred's, since Alfred can still hit the VG unboosted unlike Blaster Blade). Watching as a throwback to the old days (and I've been playing since day 1). Though I prefer the game's current state. More interesting, imo.

Oh, the Sneak Peek for the two new Extra Boosters are this weekend (unless I read that wrong, and will be very disappointed on Saturday), with their OFFICIAL release being Sept. 6 :)
What do you do about G3s in such a deck? I've read most people using Asura Kaiser go up to 12 G3s just to ensure the skill goes off. Also, are there any other Soul-Charge cards besides just relying on Invincible's skill?
Now that was a GG, nice playing guys. Im still new to this game, but I already have my mind made up, I want a Royal Paladin deck and maybe a Gold Paladin deck for backup. Paladins are freaking cool. Now whats this Im hearing about Barcal being banned? His effect is good but nothing broken right?

There's this one fucker at my locals that's always saying "that's fine" after EVERYTHING and says it in a way as if to say he's actually got a choice in what's happening? So god damn annoying >.< Only good thing about him saying that is that it's always a little thing that he does when he's in a pickle.
The u U and D are for the state of the damage zone. The U means face up cards you can use for counterblasts while D is for face down cards.
I haven't been able to try NG just yet. Do you have a certain build? Are you excited for the Death Army this weekend/next Friday's release, or stuck waiting until December to go full-on Beast Deities?
I guess if you're waiting to play Jewel Knights, you've gotta wait 'til December too, but there will be that "Mega" RP deck out in November too. :)

For Novas, I use Mr. Invincible Soul Charge/Asura Stand. My deck takes full advantage of standing and soul charging for the final hit.
What's happening this weekend/next??
Beast Deities are cool, but I prefer the old style Novas.
Jewel Knights will be sweet, But I'm not excited since I love my Deck the way it is, But i'll build a separate Royals for Jewel Knights.
I got the Kagero trial deck and almost have it finished being built to how I like it. I just need perfect guards and some limit breaks of overlord. I also just recently bought the trial deck for Aqua Force and I have the Blue Storm Armada booster box being shipped to me after or on May 3rd, 2013 so I can try to make it stronger. Once I am done with both of those decks I may go with Royal or Gold Paladins or Narukamis. My girlfriend runs Narukamis and always gives me a challenge with them :)

The 'D' what is mean in the game?
"D" means the cards face Down in the damage zone

That's Barcal's ability- when a royal paladin rides it you can move it to the rear guard circle and yeah the shield adds to your units power when you guard.
It's not about the show, It's about the tournaments.
hi defiant i'm very new to vanguard i don't have a deck yet. could you tell me why in the beginning you moved your grade 0 to the back row? aren't we supposed to put a grade 1 on top of it?
also i have a question about guarding when you use a shield does that shield add to the monster's attack?

The Paladin clan is a great one to build on because its in almost every set. Kagero is only in sets 1-3 I believe because the clan was taken out in the anime after season 1. Narukamis are REALLY good and are in most sets after set 4.
I myself want to get every booster box and do unboxings. I am getting my HD camcorder in about a week or so. So then I will start having unboxing videos and cardfights and showing the current deck builds I have and more.

Sorry but you can't. Blaster Blade's superior ride is during the main phase witch is after the ride phase.

The Soulcharge is at the start of Main Phase, so if you ride Vortex you Soulcharge that same turn.

There ARE decks that don't want Heals in them, though, like if they're based around Limit Breaks (and Break Ride units especially).
But yeah, getting those triggers when being attacked allow you to use smaller shields, but they're still more efficient to get on your own turn (unless you use plenty of Draws). :)

I have a question DefiantFreedom. Why did fatal trigger keep saying he will give his damage trigger effects to the rear guard even tho its only the vanguard that is getting attacked. like earlier in the vid when he had a nehallem supported by bahr. he gave the 5000 to bahr even tho its the vanguard thts supposed to get the boost.

it has been anouced barcgal effect is temporary unused in tournaments so that people would spread out of royal paladin to other deck it will never be banned since the futureknight effest isn't over and needs him
