I've ben feeling such a strong desire in me to spread the word of God. It's a feeling within me that I cannot shake, it's constantly in the back of my mind, almost as if I cut myself and feeling that constant nagging pain but of course this isn't a hurtful pain but one of conviction. I haven't started yet because I wasn't sure of how I could put scripture together to be able to preach or blog about. I believe that God knew this was on my heart and lead me here so now I have a sense of how I can format whatever it is that I'll be talking about. I really appreciate this teaching. Thank you.

I've been feeling that recently too, especially now that I'm about to graduate and I don't exactly know what I want to do with my life, I'm not going to college or anything and the more i think about how fun and amazing it would be to talk in front of a crowd of people about the Bible while I tell them silly jokes and stuff really seems more and more like something I wanna do

My question is, the idea around "CIT" can i conclusively say it also to paraphrase the text. Pls I need more enlightment on it. Thanks in advance
Praise the Lord! Now when it comes to the CIT it stands for the Central Idea of the Text. That means we are looking for the main idea the author is trying to get across in the selection of scripture we will be covering (whether one verse, paragraph, chapter or even whole book). The goal is to find what one main idea the author is trying to communicate to the recipients.
This frees us from trying to create a compelling message, instead we discover it within the text! It is so exciting when you find it and then are able to use the tools in this video and others to craft a message you know came straight from the Word.
