    I would say that the number one thing an INTJ will never reveal is his or her weaknesses. Most people don't even know what their weaknesses are, but the INTJ knows and works hard to hide, improve, or counterbalance them. What is counterbalance? Improving a strength to offset a known weakness.

    Being an intj, I think I don't want others to know that I can become too emotionally involved in someone who is being nice to me.

    Well...let's see...
    When younger, I would get too involved in something, NOT WANT TO STOP IN MID-PROJECT(could have been anything) & with "one swipe of my mental arm," clear everything else out "till tomorrow..." But that caught up pretty fast... Karma has teeth!!! Now I still do a fair amount "on my time" NOT when anyone else thinks I should... still a rebel at heart... ***DO NOT tell me I can't do something, cause I WILL prove you wrong... Every time.*** There's a one-liner I remember from my teen drag-racing days: "rules were ment to be broken... The Right Way!!!" ...not the wrong way, like MOST do it nowadays...
    Ya always gotta pick on that trust sore, don'tcha???🖤💞

      @Catherine Rhea You know me - I DO always gotta pick at it! 😂 That happened to me as well - I used to get so tunnel visioned on things that everything else seems to disappear. But you're right, karma has teeth and I have gotten so much better at managing that tunnel vision. Still happens from time to time, but I am aware of it and can take a step back when needed.
      "Rules are meant to be broken, the right way" is so spot on and I may have to get that made into a shirt! 😂

    I see the first point from an opposite view.
    The locical answer is that not everything can be explained.
    My experience tells me that people who are NOT logical thinkers refers to ”science”, not the INTJs.

    3 very important to me but 1 procrastination I don’t do as much it’s very important not to do that but sometimes we don’t have any other choice I can see. Number 2 very important too because of it can impact peoples lives in a good way. I keep secrets unless it’s actually comes up in conversation and relative to topic at hand. Every INTJ different. Some people comments are uncalled for

      @Jesus Lives Good to see you again! You are right - every INTJ is different - but I don't let comments bother me. Someone always got something to say! 😂
      Procrastination can be a tough hurdle to jump, so I am glad that you prioritize NOT doing that 🙌 INTJs in general are typically a bit more susceptible to it because they can get stuck in their heads and suffer from that dreaded "analysis paralysis".

      @Jesus Lives Exactly - INTJs all process information and make decisions in a similar manner (cognitive functions). But that, in no way, means they are all the same. Everyone has their own life, their own experiences and their own challenges they face, uniquely!

    It can be irritating when I go to the barber and he misses quite a bit of hairs. Then I have to spend almost just as much time in front of the mirror catching everything he missed.
    I could probably spend less total time if I just cut my own hair.
    Ok I know it would take too long for a perfect haircut, but I still think it could be way better than what I get. I expect a certain level of quality, and if I don't see it, I won't even say anything, I'll just go somewhere else.

      @SuccessForBreakfast  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @Torsten Winkler Thank you for your input. Every INTJ is different, of course - but most don't have the need to feed their ego and want to keep things to themselves. I really appreciate you taking the time to watch and for leaving a comment 🙂👍

      @@SuccessForBreakfast No. INTJs want to be understood. PERIOD. They don't want to go through the effort to tell everyone themselves. But that is SO different than to keep it a secret. It''s just rubbish. I know you need clickbait. But keep it at some level of real. Putting this bs out there is not helping anyone.

    • @SuccessForBreakfast
      @SuccessForBreakfast  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @Torsten Wrinkler I agree with you. INTJs do want to be understood, but they don't necessarily have the need to be. Most INTJs understand that they are different and unique and accept the fact that most people won't ever "get" them.
      Everyone wants to be understood, of course - at least by someone. INTJs typically don't go around searching for understanding, however. They are confident in themselves and their abilities and if other people don't get that, then so be it.
      An INTJ has bigger better things to occupy their mind.

      @@torstenwinkler8610 Nobody....and I mean nobody talks trash to Success for Breakfast (SFB)! However, lets unpack your first post so we understand each other. Your first post said, "What a load of BS! I'm an INTJ and want everyone to know this! Why keep it a secret? This is moronic." What do you mean by this? I ask because it reads as if you simply want people to know you are an INTJ and to be understood vs. people knowing every single good or bad trait of an INTJ. In this video, SFB explains there are some specific traits INTJ's don't want people to know; such as certain INTJ's shadow functions etc. SFB isn't saying INTJ's want to hide everything from people, only a few "negative traits" or "secret" traits the INTJ doesn't want to reveal, because all INTJ's have secrets they will take to their graves. Would you mind elaborating on your first statement?

    • @torstenwinkler8610
      @torstenwinkler8610 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@BreckoniousMaximus It is BS because all of his points are wrong in the light of "we want to keep them secret". If people would know them about us, they could understand us better. That means less stupid confrontations, less annoying conversations, less of all the stuff we hate. So why on earth would I want people not to understand me? This is so dumb. I long for people to understand me. If that means they have to know my "dark secrets" so be it. Because as an INTJ I don't care what others think about me. But I do care about how annoying it is to deal with them when they don't understand me.
