      Poor house, sometimes i wonder if these developers don’t see what others from different countries are doing, or they intentionally do these to make excess profit. It’s a shame.

    TH-cam doesn’t want her to win they keep making all of her videos in low quality. I still support what she is doing TH-cam.

    This house is 300% over price.Ask yourself how much is a 4 bedroom house in California. The Government need to regulate all this foolishness. I don't think you guys know what 1.2 million dollars is.

      Even if you were to check out house prices in places like Seattle, San Antonio, and other places in the US, I don't think it'll be this expensive. On top of that, it'll be in an affluent or a good neighborhood.

    1.2 Ghanaian dollars ? Conversion to US is around $100,000.
    A standard apartment in the United Staes would have: central air, walk in closets, washer & dryer hook ups, dish -washer, garbage disposal, (maybe-garage, outside hose, grass in backyard, & a scenery)
    I’d rather have those things than an elevator.
    This is a non functional house for ppl: with kids &/or ppl who live in other modernized countries.
    Sorry, without the very basic amenities my USA apartment is more comfortable & convenient.
    Can u show us homes with standard amenities?
    Or does the power grid not allow for such basic things in these houses?

    Can someone from Africa answer me a question? Why do all the "luxury" homes always have these type of marble floors? I've never seen carpet in any of these videos. Is it just the style there or is there a reason no one ever has fully carpeted floors?

    • @Qwinjaey
      @Qwinjaey ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Too hot for carpets

    • @glamfab23johnson64
      @glamfab23johnson64 ปีที่แล้ว

      The same reason why a lot of houses in the States have wooden floors not a lot of people that do carpet anymore because it holds germs and hard to maintain vs tile floors and wooden floors

    • @donltoys
      @donltoys ปีที่แล้ว

      @@glamfab23johnson64 I don't think that's a good comparison because I see lots of people in the states with carpet in their videos. But in these videos of African real estate I don't even see wooden floors either. Just hard marble floors.

    • @KingKofi01
      @KingKofi01 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Think of the climate in Ghana, it's hot and humid most of the time. Marble floors stay cool, which makes them comfortable for walking around your home. Carpet traps heat and moisture so it doesn’t make sense for this climate
