Very sceptic about buying completed house due to the fact that i don't like the hand made blocks. These type of blocks can be very dangerous sometimes depending on who are making them. Some times the right ratio of cement to sand or quarry dust isn't applied correctly. Under load it can be catastrophic without warning signs.
You should please quote the price in Ghana Cedis and not in dollars.

The only thing i dont like is the. Floor to ceiling height and the open kitchen plan, and the tiles used. I think if white porcelain tiles were used, it would have increased the amount of natural light. Anyways well done.

You are asking for half a million dollars and you can hardly clean up the place before presenting it. On top of that the house is unfinished and there are dirt roads outside\poor infrastructure. That price needs to come down to maybe $300,000 because this is not worth what you are asking.
