The PlaysStation 2 and 3 are my two most cherished consoles, nothing will top the experiences I had on them.

For me PS2>PS4>PS5>PS3>PS1. Nothing against PS3 or PS1 just didn't experience them as much as the other ones. Obviously grateful and honored for having and owning a PS5 and appreciate the incredible realistic graphics being produced on it (same thing can be said about PS4) for future games but I was happier with PS4 I would say. It felt more like a peaceful console and had a broader and a wider library with a very calming and a comfortable startup sound. Not that PS5 doesn't have that when you boot it up but it's different you got to get used to it I guess. PS2 is the GOAT though forever and ever. It will never be topped or dethroned as the greatest console of all time bar none. Such a great era to be a gamer and my childhood got massively invested in it! So many great memories.

For me the Ps4 Fat and Ps3 Fat are the most beautiful consoles ever, but the Ps5 is probably the best console ever.

Ps2 has the best fan design to prevent over heating. Back in 2001 I played my ps2 and didn't have memory card to save my games, so I left my ps2 on 5 or 7 days never overheated.
Especially the Second Slim Version didn't overheat!
I thought the fan was the most hated thing about the first release version of the PS2?
@@acronym.4328 Can't say much about that since I only had the slim verison(the second slim) which didn't overheat in on almost 20 years at all!

@@acronym.4328 Believe it or not the only thing I did was cleaning the lense that's it The inside wasn't really dirty at all and the van didn't showed much at all too, guess I am just lucky!

Really wished you brought out the original DualShock controller for the ps1.
Yh he mentions that the Ps2 was the first time we saw the Analogue Sticks which is wrong as we see them for the Ps1 after its initial Launch as when games like Crash Bandicoot and Spyro launched we needed Analogue Sticks.

For the controllers the ps2 one is called the duelshock 2 cause in the ps1 later years they released the duelshock 1

I would've liked it if you had went into more detail about what changed between each console and how the cords worked differently up until the ps5 HDMI. Oh and you missed the great opportunity of actually spending 45 to an hr comparing everything this is Playstation to the PS5. The cords, game play, TV resolution, specs, exclusives, accessories, size & width (detailed measurements), and ALL the controller features that had changed along the wall along with all of the different models of each system.
Great job mate!! Was thinking this morning how have they all evolved!?! Never played or owned any of them. Now am thinking on getting a PS4 setup with Logitech G29 Driving Wheel Kit!

I owned every playstation and have the ps5 but the 60gb ps3 looks the best imo but the ps5 controller is the best controller
Still have my ps3 60gb since launch day, still works looks like new barley has scratches and now it's been in my closet since 2008 or 2009.
@@theshield1613 you should try and see if it works, if it does you should sell it if you have original box and stuff. they cost like £300 in top condition with all original stuff

This isn’t launch ps3 tho. Not original ps3 and big differences from original ps3
The video was a great concept, but you just RUSHED through the whole video. You could not keep your hands out of the shots. You could not give the shots of the consoles or controllers more the 0.5 seconds of screen time with out fidgeting with them or just having your hands in the shot. And speaking twice as fast as a average person presenting something was distracting.You kept moving the consoles (example. PS5 vs PS4) and all of the controllers. Work on your presentation and remember the consoles / controllers are the focus of the video not your hands. And slow down your speaking it sounds like you are all jacked up on caffeine. Good luck on your future videos.

The second generation PS1 Dualshock 1 had them. Not the original controller
Actually the original PS1 controller didn't have analog sticks but the second generation controller did.

ps5 can be backwards compatible with most ps4 games. rest is software emulation. this why i like xbox, good emulation and backwards compatibility with most games on the og xbox, 360 and now the one. they have slightly better specs but the ps are just more popular, but with last gen i definitely preferred the xbox, the ps4 was lacking something, i just don't know what. the rest are all ps. (ps1,ps2, ps3) ps3 early launch models are the best, backwards compatible with ps1 and ps2 games (most) but a lot of games ran smoother on the xbox 360 (easier to develop for, cause the ps3 had the cell processor which was finally taken advantage of with games like last of us, GTA5.) ps3 defo most innovative console of all time. still holds up

I totally agree with you. I had ps1, then I upgraded to ps2 slim and after that I upgraded to ps3, skipped ps4 and now I upgraded to xbox. Sadly 😀 but I must say I’m happy with that Xbox

PS3 is the best, way better games, first to be online, free to play online,best controller and size design, and way more sociable, ps4 never delivered, ps5, well, only time will tell with it's forced to pay to play online and stupidly big ugly controller.
Ps1 to ps3 was the best not planning on getting the ps5 so far no games on it that i like i might get the ps4 for mega man 11 and the 2d games i love my games old looking but again i am not one for new graphics but again i grew up on the atari 2600 and the nes
I agree with everything except the controller it felt light and flimsy compared to the rest I think PS4 has the best controller because it's bigger and fits my hands better.
