Just a FYI: you can use stretcher bars to hold your perforated paper , they come in many sizes and sell tacks so you can attach the paper to the bars. They are cheaper alternatives. The stretcher bars are used by needle pointers routinely. Happy stitching!
You ladies are just so much fun to watch! I always feel so energized after one of your videos. Kathy, I had to laugh when you showed your purchases from the Kitten Stitcher. I put in an order yesterday and the first 3 items you showed were also in my order! Molly, for your gifts…how about a cookie cutter, a pot holder, a bar of handmade soap…start with something small and just dress it up a bit. Hugs to both of you!
I would enjoy one of your handmade cards the most ❤ I bought all the sizes of the magnetic frames. I like to stitch in hand but I’m working on an even weave, which is very floppy. So I’m using my small magnetic frame to hold my monaco as I stitch. It’s been working very great!
I work at a non-profit, which runs camps and afterschool programs. One year we gave our board members a small jar (like small spice jar, only a couple inches tall) and put a little dirt from the camp, tiny pine cone, and I wrapped a few matches together with thin twine, and included a small paper with our mission statement on it. Wrapped some twine on the outside to finish it off. Loved the video today!!!
Great progress on your wips! Matilda is sooooo close to being done. Love Avlea Embroidery designs. She has a great back story of her business. She has been a delightful featured guest several times on Fiber Talk. The fabric she sells to stitch her pieces on is wonderful! Love the pillows! Such quick projects. Would make sweet gifts, too. Thank you for sharing so much. The quilt is gorgeous, and the blue and yellow borders are just my colors. 😂 I am so glad you didn't get rid of it. Take care, and happy stitching. ❤
It's always a joy watching your videos. I look forward to every one. Thank you! A simple idea for gifts for your group: A serving spoon (from thrift stores or wherever) with some homemade fudge in the bowl of the spoon. Place in a glycine bag and tie with ribbon. Someone did that one time for our group, and evetyone loved it. Make a batch or two of fudge and place a dollop of fudge on each spoon. The spoon is a useful gift, too.
Love that idea! If I can just keep my husband from eating the fudge before I dip the spoons...teeheehee. Thank you so much for watching and the great comment. hugs, Molly D
Wonderful video Molly and Kathy. Such awesome projects! Molly, I love to make things for my board members too as a thank you for their service. This year I took some sweet light blue notebooks (5.5" x 8") purchased on Amazon and rubbed a Taperlogy sticker on the front, But you could also do the same with the member's initials, a stencil or and any other embellishment you are comfortable with using.. They have lined pages and can serve as a journal or a notebook to take notes during a meeting. Super affordable and pretty to look at. About $5/pp. Good luck!
Thank you for the wonderful idea. I am so blessed to have such a great group of people on the team. And so so so happy my year as President is coming to an end in August...teeheehee. hugs, Molly D
I've been away for quite awhile -- life -- but, a couple of things. First, gifts for the board, I have none of my own, but a friend of mine always makes her staff (they must hate it by now because they must have about 50) coasters from tiles. She goes to Home Depot or Lowe's and buys the tumbled tiles, you can get a good number of them for very little, then she stamps a Christmas image -- you have to use Staz On ink -- then bake them to set it, I think 250 for 20 minutes. A set of 2 coasters for everyone would be an idea -- or even just one per person if you have the right image to make really just something for the office. (Paper crafters unite!) Second -- amazing on the paper crafting supplies! I cannot even imagine a truckload of stuff and good stuff at that!! Third, LOVE all the pillows Cathy! Amazing! I've done small things before, I've started lately but have yet to finish them, I'm looking forward to that -- but you have the cutest fabric -- would you share where you shop? Finally, my son and his family just moved to Austin (from the DC area), so Cathy I feel your dismay.
Love the Paper Crafters Unite...teeheehee. Great idea about the coasters. I have loads of great stamps and staz on. I need to get to playing with them on tiles. Thank you so much for watching! hugs, MollyD
Another delightful floss tube! You two ladies are so fun to watch, you are lucky to be neighbors. The pillow talk was wonderful as were all of the projects shared today. Molly, I believe that you must hav incredible organizing skills if you were able to fit a pickup load of crafting supplies into your craft room. How fun! Take care and I look forward to seeing your next video!
Teeheehee...organizing and playing with craft supplies is as much fun for me as crafting. My husband couldn't believe I fit it all in. Where there's a will....lolol. Thanks for watching! hugs, Molly D
Molly- I have stitched that Twin Peaks Thanksgiving pattern. I tried to change some of those bright colors too, but I ended up not changing much. It surprised me how it came together. Take a peek at it on my Flosstube #8. Beautiful pillows!!!!! 😊 Olivia
Such a great visit today. Molly I'm with you on stitching more and Kathy, such a beautiful quilt with memories. Love the stitched pillows also. The sound can be low watching from a cellphone, but sounds okay on a computer.
Molly, I’m with you on frogging. Most recently I had to frog about a third of my progress on Spring Quaker. Tried to compensate for an error and it kept getting worse. I really don’t mind since looking at the error is like pulling my eyeballs out! My friends have nicknamed me “Penelope” after Odyssey’s wife who each day stitched on a tapestry saying she would consider remarrying when her tapestry was finished. Each night she unraveled everything she had stitched during the day.
Love that story. I had to do just a little frogging last night, but was so happy I caught my mistake earlier. Thank you so much for watching and commenting, Connie! hugs, Molly D
Love love love watching you two!!! You two are my favorites!!! Thank you for ALL you do!!! Your personalities together are so delightful! You compliment each other! Thank you for ALL you do! Such a joy to watch!
Molly - It was inspiring to listen to your saga of finding organized space for that huge treasure you received. Hope someone gives you an idea for a small gift for each of your board members. Kathy - It was amazing to see earlier your W Stand and the swivel attachment. The lacing attachment for scroll rods was especially exciting to see. But at $1419 for all three, no matter how beautiful they are (and they are), there is no way on God's green earth I could ever dream of affording them. Even with 10% off. But thank you for showing possibilities.
I’m sure Molly will come up with a beautiful treasure for each of her board members as you’ve seen she is multi talented for sure. I’m glad you brought up the cost of the W-Stand pieces as yes they are costly and one definitely needs to set their budget and individual priorities. For me I gave up my one and only retreat this year. My favorite has a cost registration fee of $850, my flight ✈️ right now is $905, $300 hotel 🏨 for two nights, $150 possibility for food and drink as not all meals are included and one does need nourishment during travel. If one is truly looking to purchase a stand with all the bells and whistles from another company approx. $250 min. would need to be deducted from the overall cost of a W-Strand because one was planning to spend that anyway leaving justification of the remaining cost less. With many stitchers flocking to one, two and some even three retreats a year.. giving up one this year (my only one) for me to own an outstanding stitching accessory while making my neck happy was an easy choice. But again, everyone needs to make a decision that works best for them. Ohhhhh I almost forgot the “haul” cost as there always is! 😜
@@linenandscraps4821 I love to stitch. I have a very low budget, yet can still put needle and thread to fabric. No retreats. No fancy do-dads. Just the contentment of sewing in my home. I do think the W stand is beautiful and wonderful. But giving up eating and utilities for over a year is something I cannot do. Someone showed a LIzzie Kate piece that says: "Gratitude turns what we have into enough." I have enough. Again, I thank you for showing all of us the W Stand's wonder and beauty!
Molly… I saw the little spool blanks at Hobby Lobby. All you have to do it put on your choice of color floss. I loved Michelle’s new pattern too. Always love your video.
Thanks for giving of your time for our entertainment. Love watching and seeing what each of you are doing or going to do. Hadn’t been doing reproduction samplers in a few years. And yes Kathy changed my mind. Still love some smalls mixed in
You go girls, I finally build a 20 x 25 outdoor building on our deck for my card marking, scrapbooking, cross stitching and maybe one day quilting. I outgrew my daughter's old bedroom when she moved out.
Love seeing the mottos a new floss tube from you ladies!!! And thanks for the tip on Scarlett sky design boxes. Didn’t know she had them. Love that she gives the option of no pattern ( in case you have it). I would have loved to have seen you reorganizing your room to hold the dumpster of paper stuff! You scored big time.
Once again, I’m great to Buy so enjoy spending a Saturday afternoon with you. I am loving your Marilia. I am so envious of you that you’ve been able to stick to it. I have one that I started that I just have not gotten back to. And I can see myself stitching those ice skates. My daughter was an ice skater so I would love to stitch on that.
Kathy so glad you finished your mother in laws quilt. She would have haunted you forever. I know you are really happy that you finished it. Beautiful stitching girls. Wish I had a stitching best friend!!
Good to see what you gals have been up to! How fun to receive such treasures Molly! Love all the pillows you've stitched Kathy! Happy Summer and keep stitching!
Always good to see your floss tube pop up! I enjoy all your things especially the stitching. I love all the pillow finishes. I have probably 200 different pillows all different holidays. I love the alphabets too. I have about 150 alphabet pieces on my walls.
So glad to hear you today. You have lifted my spirits. Your organizing equates to my summer sewing time. It is already in the Dog Days of Summer here. I retreat to my sewing room to “clean and organize” every evening only to pick up a sewing WIP, sit at my Bernina and commune with the fabric. I will clean before heading south for the winter. There I will cross stitch the winter away. ♥️🪡✂️📍🧵
Whew, Kathy! I would have had to come to Texas and kicked your bootie if you had given that quilt to Goodwill! LOL Too many good memories to give away! You are too funny! Those pillows were a step above! Wow! You ladies have the best creative ideas-both of you!! Sorry, Molly, I don’t have any ideas except for your gorgeous tags you make. Happy stitching!!❤
Just love you two and your floss tubes are so delightful. Thank you for your visit today as my hubby is away and my dog and I have been sitting at the kitchen table stitching and/or snoozing all the while enjoying your projects, stories, and laughter. You’re just simply the best!!! My favorite floss tube for certain. Bless you both. 🥰🐶
So enjoyed the you tube. You guys are so talented. Love watching you and seeing all that you do. Molly, one of the nicest gifts that I was given was a crafted journal and pen. As talented as you are you could make lovely covered journals. A composition book and all of your goodies plus the ones you just received you can make beautiful gifts. Kathy, you really did a lot on your stitch and it is gorgeous. Ladies have a wonderful July. 🙂
Always fun to see you ladies! Cathy, the quilt is wonderful! Such good memories. Molly, I am starting “Lincoln’s Eagle” (because of you) and I am terrified. This is only my second big project I am already bumbling with the counting and may try gridding to see if it helps. Like lots of ideas for gifts, especially the notebook - you could cover the mini composition books(3 pack from dollar tree) with your scrapbook paper and embellishments. One time I covered paper travel coffee cups with SB paper and filled with candy. Look forward to more recipes and your next flosstube.
Great fun!! The finished pillows were so inspiring. Molly, I have almost finished Merry Little Christmas by Kitten Stitcher. So cute. Of course you needed to renew your subscription to PNPS! One of the best magazines for stitching.
Molly, when you are ready to try your hand at linen, try a beautiful cashel linen, it’s 28 count, and so pretty and easy to stitch on. And, the finished product is 14 count.
It is always fun visiting with you two gals! i always enjoy seeing and hearing what you are working on! Your little pillows are so cute! Thank you for sharing!
Howdy friends, It is Tuesday night here in Michigan. I have gotten comfy in my chair and stitching on a pre-retreat pattern while we sit and chat. Lol. You were talking about kids. I have 4 and 3 were living out of state cause of military jobs. Once they were out they moved back. It is SO nice and the farthest away is 2.5 hours. I LOVE it! Oh, do you need more coffee or tea? Just a second. ☕️ OH and cookies 🍪 too? Molly, I am in heaven with you, opening all those boxes. My hubby would have looked at me and said "Merry Christmas", meaning he doesn't need to get me a gift. The turkey. 😆 OMG Kathy, those pillows are gorgeous. I need to set up my sewing machine the next time you are over to show me how to sew them together. Well, I need to stop chatting and concentrate on stitching. We are just talking so much and I love it but I will never get any stitches in. Thank you for stopping over. Molly, any goodies you don't want, let me know. I will add them to all my old collections. Have a great night friends. You are loved. ❤️
Love you ladies!! Molly, I am working on the SAL. low branches, I am starting the right side part and I will be finished. I have leg disabilities so this pattern called my name.
I worked on it the last few days and just love it. I still have a long way to go, but enjoying every stitch. Thank you so much for watching and the heartfelt comment. hugs, Molly D
Another wonderful video, I have been a long time watcher and was so surprised when I heard my name haha. Y'all were so sweet to mention that video, glad you enjoyed it❤Loved seeing Kathy's $5 haul from the kitten stitcher made me want to go back and get more can't wait to see how you get creative on "this happy morning" with that over 1!
Your pillows are stunning Kathy!! I stitched the Christmas horse and now I know how I will finish him!! I have so many of those cards that I need to stitch after collecting patterns and stitching for over 45 years!! Love your flosstube ladies!!
Love your videos and all the beautiful things but ya know,I'm dying to see more of your paper crafting and the little blocks you've made,Kathy. Can you share some of your new treasures, Molly? Very inspirational for me to try some.
Molly- make some of those beautiful tags that you and Kathy made and showed a few videos back. They were gorgeous!! You could make them representing something that you know about each person or their careers or their personalities. Who wouldn't appreciate such a gift, And we know you have the supplies now!! Great video...lots of fun ! Stay safe.
Molly, I only use Aida also, 18 or 20ct. When there is a verse in over-one I back stitch or stem stitch the letters. Brenda Keys book of motifs has beautiful font examples and Pinterest does too. I also use this way to dedicate my samplers to ancestors. Tks Lonnie in Texas Cleocat
Great idea, Lonnie. I can't wait to get some stitches in that pattern. And I hear a lot of people say they don't like back stitching, but I don't mind it at all. Great to hear from ya! hugs, Molly D
Sure enjoyed you girls today!! Molly, I can’t wait to see what you create with all your new supplies! Kathy, those pillows! Thank you for showing the swivel clamp. I love my stand (got it for my bday last month) and almost bought the swivel this week but the shipping stopped me. Reminder to use your code gave enough discount to cover the shipping!
Awesome! I love my W-Stand! The swivel will be an awesome addition! So when you order your swivel make sure to use the code.. I know peeps will ask.. linenandscraps10. Really easy to assemble too! Keep me posted!!
A little gift idea - maybe a votive candle with some type of punched paper craft adhered to the outside. You could even use those battery tea lights from Dollar Tree. Looking forward to what you decide on Molly. 😊 Olivia
I don't know who is complaining about how loud you are, I have never had any trouble hearing both of you. What a great treasure to be gifted, Molly. I am so happy for you. You make my day brighter. I love that stand, Kathy. It is on my wish list. Have to get through our move first, then I will save up for the stand.
Great FlossTube…love all your pieces, especially the small pillows. PurplePaper Mountain trim is the best (she is on Etsy). Thanks for sharing your WIPs, finishes, etc.
Always a pleasure to watch you two. You put a smile on my face and I love your work. You remind me of the tortoise and the hare…one is slow and steady and the other can’t wait to get to the next project…so interesting and so many talents. Molly how about small handmade note books for everyone, not big something that can be popped in a handbag or pocket for the man. They have loads of different type on Amazon in the handmade section. Kathy Looking forward to seeing your sampler finished. I am like you find it hard to do more than one thing at a time. ….avril
Oh how I love you two … 😊 you make me so happy every time I watch y’all … Molly, I think you should make all those folks a card … you can dress it up etc … make it like 4 x 6 so they can frame it … Kathy, all of your works are beautiful … the pillows were so cute … until next time … happy stitching 😊❤ Dena
Love watching you 2. Molly - Tara “The mud creek stitcher” stitched the red barn on Aida and slightly changed the verse. It’s a recent finish. She has a flosstube also. Hope to see you both again soon.
Loved your video, as always. You mentioned 2 strands a day for projects. I started doing 30 mins/day on a project a few years ago. I've completed 2 larger projects and now I've decided to do 30 mins/day on my Prairie Schooler Santas, hoping to see how many I can get done. I'm surprised at how much I was able to accomplish in 30 mins before I start my focused project for the day.
Molly you need to make each board lady one of your unique card tags. I would love one of those. And if you know each of them in some way personalize each one. Even if you put their initials on it. They are beautiful!
Another great episode!! The best thing I've gotten from a club is a keychain that fits around my wrist & has a clip I use to attach it to my bag. I have several - car/house key, In-laws house, meeting place key (when I need to keep it!). I only grab the one I need & the rest stay safe at home!!
I'm planning to make about 20 cell phone holders. They're made out of squares, stuffed with rice or whatever you normally use for pin cushions. But you can set your phone on it while you're Reading, cooking, sewing, etc.
I caught that “tomorrow is another day” Scarlet. I’ve read the book 3 times. Beautiful patterns and I love aurafil for quilting and stitching! I’ve seen Lizzy too. She just did summer free I think.
Avlea Folk Designs are primarily Greek and Byzantine designs, though she might have Ukrainian and other nationalities of folk designs as well. Her kits are lovely and complete. Open the kit and stitch immediately. They are wonderful!
They look terribly tempting. Good to know she shows different nationalities. One would probably know that once a kit with some background is purchased. I’ve got a few in my basket! 🧺
Hi Friends...time for a morning coffee and a "chat" with Molly and Kathy. Recipes...oh yum please do post those. Molly new supplies?? I can just picture your husband when all that came into the front door. Lots of fun things for you to play with....Go Matilda....we sure need to celebrate when she is done. Great work Molly on the SAL. Pillows...loved all of them
Ok, spend a little time in the junk stores and buy one beautiful cup for each board member- put a small gift card from your favorite coffee shop in the cup. Tissue paper time! Even the bone china cups can be found! If you feeling like grabbing a mug for your guy, do it! The thrift stores down here (or up in your case) have some amazing treasures!
Molly, because you're a papercrafter, PLEASE make them a little set of cards!! People don't have these things anymore. You can make a set of 4-6 quick and easy AND you can make them somewhat personalized (like their first or last initial). Tie them in a sweet bundle with a pretty ribbon and a tag. They'll LOVE it. If you do a few each day, you'll be done in no time. Please show us what you come up with!
This is so totally off subject-but I remember your house tour video and just loved that you decoratedwith small angel heads on your walls (maybe plaster) Is that something from a store that I could order from? I really loved them and that video!
Just a FYI: you can use stretcher bars to hold your perforated paper , they come in many sizes and sell tacks so you can attach the paper to the bars. They are cheaper alternatives. The stretcher bars are used by needle pointers routinely. Happy stitching!
Love visiting with you two and especially loved the "pillow talk." That's a lovely quilt and I'm glad you saved it from Goodwill, Kathy!

Great idea! Thank you for watching!
Good to see what you gals have been up to! How fun to receive such treasures Molly! Love all the pillows you've stitched Kathy!
Happy Summer and keep stitching!
Thank you!!!😊

Thank you so much! The alphabets are so fun!!!🤩
It's so fun watching you ladies have a great weekend. 😊
Thank you! You too!
I really enjoyed everything in your video today. My suggestion are those paper post-it note covers. I got one at a shower and use it all the time.
I was just looking at post it covers that had machine embroidery on them! Great minds think alike! Thank you!!
Thank you, Patty. For watching and for the great idea. hugs, Molly D
So fun that we find our way with sewing and stitching! 🧵 🪡
Thank you so much, Joyce, for watching and the great comment. And I'm with you...that quilt of Kathy's mom-in-laws is a treasure.
I’m soooo very glad I finished it!!! Whew!!!😥
Needle books Are wonderful.
What great ideas for finishing, thanks for sharing and entertaining us💕🪡🧵
Just love you two and your floss tubes are so delightful. Thank you for your visit today as my hubby is away and my dog and I have been sitting at the kitchen table stitching and/or snoozing all the while enjoying your projects, stories, and laughter. You’re just simply the best!!! My favorite floss tube for certain. Bless you both. 🥰🐶
Awww thank you! We try!!!
You are both so sweet and fun. Love everything you do and talk about. ❤😂
We do have 🤩 fun!!!
So glad to see you all!
Thank you both for a wonderful flosstube.
Our pleasure!
I am so happy to have stumbled on your channel! You are delightful and a pleasure to watch.
Thank you. You two are so much fun. You talk so fast and are so funny. I enjoy you so much!! Thank you for sharing.
You are very welcome!!!
Thank you, Tara, for watching and the great idea for a gift. Hope your July and summer is wonderful, too. hugs, Molly D
Thank you ladies, a video full of beautiful things, I throughly enjoy watching your floss tube videos. Blessings from the UK❤️🕊️
You are so welcome! And thank you!!!
Great ideas!!!
Love the show and love the little pillows. Such good ideas ladies, thanks so much.
Thanks so much!
Love you ladies ❤thanks for all your time! I stitched up a storm while I watched and listened
Wonderful! That’s great!😃
Great fun!! The finished pillows were so inspiring. Molly, I have almost finished Merry Little Christmas by Kitten Stitcher. So cute. Of course you needed to renew your subscription to PNPS! One of the best magazines for stitching.
Sarah! Your words are always so kind!!! Thank you!!!😊
I was excited to see a new episode ❤ I just love you girls 😎 Thanks for sharing all your beautiful work!!
Thank you so much!!😊
Kathy! The book you showed about folk embroidery: that is Hungarian ❤ the title means: cross stitch embroidery.
Ahhh one other mentioned that! It’s a beautiful book but no way for me to tell. Very folk art looking! Thank you!!!
Molly, when you are ready to try your hand at linen, try a beautiful cashel linen, it’s 28 count, and so pretty and easy to stitch on. And, the finished product is 14 count.
I was gifted some. I really need to give it a try. Thank you for giving me a boost. And for watching!
It is always fun visiting with you two gals! i always enjoy seeing and hearing what you are working on! Your little pillows are so cute! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you!!!
Howdy friends,
It is Tuesday night here in Michigan.
The turkey. 😆
OMG Kathy, those pillows are gorgeous.
Happy to join you! Cookies and tea sound wonderful! Thank you for watching!!!
So excited to watch you again!! You two always make my day special. Looking forward to your next video.
Yay! Thank you!
ANOTHER GREAT ONE! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you!!!
Great video ladies! Love seeing all your projects ❤
Thanks so much!
I love your videos and that you take so much time and effort to share with all of us. It's such a gift. hugs, Molly D
Your pillows are stunning Kathy!! I stitched the Christmas horse and now I know how I will finish him!! I have so many of those cards that I need to stitch after collecting patterns and stitching for over 45 years!! Love your flosstube ladies!!
Those Santa’s were not as popular as Prairie Schooler but still adorable!!!🥰
Love your videos and all the beautiful things but ya know,I'm dying to see more of your paper crafting and the little blocks you've made,Kathy. Can you share some of your new treasures, Molly? Very inspirational for me to try some.
The blocks are soooo fun to make!!
Stay safe.
Thank you!!!!
Hi ladies your old book is actually Hungarian. Love watching you both.
Y'all's flosstubes are so much fun. . .such a good visit! Xo
We do have fun!!!
Molly, I only use Aida also, 18 or 20ct.
When there is a verse in over-one I back stitch or stem stitch the letters.
Brenda Keys book of motifs has beautiful font examples and Pinterest does too.
I also use this way to dedicate my samplers to ancestors.
Tks
Lonnie in Texas
Cleocat
Great idea, Lonnie. I can't wait to get some stitches in that pattern. And I hear a lot of people say they don't like back stitching, but I don't mind it at all. Great to hear from ya! hugs, Molly D
Another great time spent with my stitching friends, thanks for the video!
Thank you for watching!!!
Enjoyed the fun updates and stitchy talk! Thank you!
You are so welcome!
@@linenandscraps4821 ordered and remembered to use the code! Thank you, again!
A little gift idea - maybe a votive candle with some type of punched paper craft adhered to the outside. You could even use those battery tea lights from Dollar Tree. Looking forward to what you decide on Molly. 😊 Olivia
Me too!!
Thanks for sharing, love my time with you all.
Our pleasure!
Do save for it. It’s one of the best accessories I’ve purchased over the years! Don’t forget the code linenandscraps10 for a 10% discount!
Love you ladies!!
We are thrilled to have viewers! Thank you!!
Chocolate is always a great gift. With one of your cute cards. Or homemade box from cardstock and filled with chocolate.
I love chocolate! Great idea. hugs, Molly D
Molly, just pull 1 thread at a time from your slip knot. I do this and it works! No unlooping from the card
Great FlossTube…love all your pieces, especially the small pillows. PurplePaper Mountain trim is the best (she is on Etsy). Thanks for sharing your WIPs, finishes, etc.
Oh thank you! I was not sure she was still on Etsy..
I love all the fun stuff you both share & talk about. C u next time.
….avril
I sooo want it done. Mostly cuz I want to stitch another! Lol!!!!
Another great show ladies!! Thank you for the entertainment …...
Our pleasure!
Back at ya!!!!
Oh Molly, I don’t like naked people things either. Kathy love your work…those pilllahs…to die for. You girls just make me smile. ❤
Lol, glad to find a friend that doesn't like naked people either. Have fun stitching, Kay, and thanks for watching!
Love watching you 2. Molly - Tara “The mud creek stitcher” stitched the red barn on Aida and slightly changed the verse. It’s a recent finish. She has a flosstube also. Hope to see you both again soon.
Oh, thank you! I had to pause and go watch her video. Thank you so much for sharing. hugs, Molly D
Loved to hear your progress, with just a few stitches a day! I love putting just touching each project. Thanks so much for watching! hugs, Molly D
Great video, loved all the pillows. Went to Kitten Sticher and got some $5 deals, thank you. Quilt is beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
You are so welcome! I actually bought a few more things too!!!
Enjoyed my time with you all. I suggest that you make them one of your cards or tags.
Molly what about an insulated travel cup with your club logo done on your cricket. Lovely flosstube ladies...love all the small finishes!
Molly you need to make each board lady one of your unique card tags. I would love one of those. And if you know each of them in some way personalize each one. Even if you put their initials on it. They are beautiful!
Thank you for sharing that great idea! And I love making tags. Thanks for watching, Cheryl
Another great episode!! The best thing I've gotten from a club is a keychain that fits around my wrist & has a clip I use to attach it to my bag. I have several - car/house key, In-laws house, meeting place key (when I need to keep it!). I only grab the one I need & the rest stay safe at home!!
Perfect idea!!!
I loved all your small pillows!!!!!
Thank you! Very rewarding!!!
I'm planning to make about 20 cell phone holders. They're made out of squares, stuffed with rice or whatever you normally use for pin cushions. But you can set your phone on it while you're Reading, cooking, sewing, etc.
They sound wonderful. And a very useful gift they will use daily. Thank you so much for sharing. hugs, Molly D
I caught that “tomorrow is another day” Scarlet. I’ve read the book 3 times. Beautiful patterns and I love aurafil for quilting and stitching! I’ve seen Lizzy too. She just did summer free I think.
Thank you!!!!😊
Avlea Folk Designs are primarily Greek and Byzantine designs, though she might have Ukrainian and other nationalities of folk designs as well. Her kits are lovely and complete. Open the kit and stitch immediately. They are wonderful!
They look terribly tempting. Good to know she shows different nationalities. One would probably know that once a kit with some background is purchased. I’ve got a few in my basket! 🧺
When your done you can put the small pieces of threads in a clear Christmas ball.
Great idea!!!!💡
Hi Friends...time for a morning coffee and a "chat" with Molly and Kathy. Recipes...oh yum please do post those. Molly new supplies?? I can just picture your husband when all that came into the front door. Lots of fun things for you to play with....Go Matilda....we sure need to celebrate when she is done. Great work Molly on the SAL. Pillows...loved all of them
I’ll be so glad happy thrilled exhilarated excited to name a few when she’s done!!!!! Thank you!!!
Sweet idea!!
I really enjoyed watching you both thank you
We have fun too!!!
We have fun for sure!!!👍
Do something with the new boxed "stuff" you received such as a small notebook.
Great idea!!!
I loved your pillows Cathy. Could you show what some of those trims look like a little better and show how you attached them? I know that’s a big ask!
Great idea! I sure can!!! Stay tuned!!!
This is so totally off subject-but I remember your house tour video and just loved that you decoratedwith small angel heads on your walls (maybe plaster) Is that something from a store that I could order from? I really loved them and that video!
