I hate water too. So do my kids...but now we drink it every day so easy. The key is using a double Insulated bottle. The kind that keeps ice for literally 2 days. When the water is ice cold it goes down sooo easy

I have lost a lot over the year and I haven’t done anything to try. It’s just life at the moment for me. It’s been a stressful year behind the scenes. I was 76kg so to be 57kg now it’s quite a big loss.
Oh wow! That's a lot! Mel. Maybe get some healthy fats into you as well as the protein and hopefully you'll start to gain again. For me it's difficult to lose, but mighty easy to stack it back on, and that's with just normal intake.

I used to drink diet Coke. I spent 3 months in New Mexico and got hooked on unsweet ice tea. It is sweet ice tea in Canada so I just make my own. I hope to make it to Australia someday. I'll have to try the coffee. 🇨🇦

Watching this before beginning a night of smaller version punishment. I was forced to close my store because the sales of my smalls were less than the cost of the store! So I'm trying to use Tech's advice to you and build larger lots that will make listing worth my time and get me back on track. :-) You're not the only one hearing Tech in your head after that sit down!

I can relate to that virus except it's in my loungeroom, escaped to my family room, the dining room & even some of my bedroom. The more consistent I get at listing the worst the mess gets as I make piles of listed & not put away & piles of ready to list. Then there is just The Pile. I'm slowing the buying currently but the fear of missing the great stuff is so real. Glad your home Mel!

You eat a lot more sugar and more fried foods then us. A lot more soft drinks and juices etc. Your portion sizes are often much larger. We definitely have a cleaner diet.
Smaller portions, more exercise is a big one.
