    I really related to the part of the video that you speak about pre season and starting to see a bit of a difference in your body compared to when you were racing. I don't think people truly understand the mental aspect and strength that comes along with competing and fitness. A whole different aspect. thank you for sharing this!

    Concept of vlog is good but i think fir my part a better structure with real cut between days / session would be more easy to follow and separation between training phase and the other. I would like if you can develop like chapter on video over youtube to follow easily the video.

      @user-co5pg1zm7u depends what you're looking for, personally I use whey isolate by trained by jp (tbjp) as there's little ingredients in there. Jade, like in this video, uses a raw whey which is very minimal, stripped and unflavoured. Whey iso is likely to digest better, lower in fats and carbs and will usually deliver higher protein than standard whey.

      @user-co5pg1zm7u oh I'm a bodybuilder, I don't do running lol. I just use a fitbit to track steps etc. Defo won't catch me doing hyrox, hybrid training or running lol
