Those powerbanks have a fake capacity. Also if you know about lithium cells, there is no way to pack 42Ah in that size. The other thing is the solar cell would take forever to charge the powerbank. Even at 10Ah, what this cheaply produced aliexpress PB is. I would be scared to leave it in my RV or home.
@@josesandoval-vc3gb Did you ever figure out the issue? I've had the same problem. I was just on a hunt for a week. Sleeping in a tent in the woods and this thing let me down quite a bit. Left it out in the sun all day (for multiple days), green light was on but it never charged one bit.

I bought mine a week ago I put it all day long in the sun and nothing no charge at all
