- Today we try out the Beelink SER 5 Ryzen 7 5800H mini pc for mining Verus. It completely achieved what I thought it would, and I am not disappointed. But hey they are OK at mining, but if you just need a cheap budget PC, they are great and I am sure there is an easy way to get windows 10 or even 7 on it.

Nice video Thanx for the info great experiment by the way. Do you have motorolas or alcatels in your phone farm iam from the Netherlands and by us are those the cheapest phones i found but iam not shore what hash it gives maybe you can tell me?? Thanx mate
Motorolas and Alacatels both have phones that are good for mining... Just make sure the model you buy has an Octa-Core processor and you should be golden.
Those PCs are awesome! I have 12 of these already and they rock! Modifacitons are the best, adding a cooler to it works best the (U) version instead of the (H) version runs at a lower wattage tdp and has more mHs from my tests.
Also the U version is cheaper. About $215 I got mine on sale.

How much mhs and W for U version?
@@mariomatejas5765 5650U gets around 16mhs stock, for about half the price of the H version, and the 5800U gets 18-19mhs

That’s awesome, if you have time would you possibly make tutorial on a step by step on how to set up the mini cpu on hive io, I tried connecting mine and it’s not showing my cpu threads, I’m guessing that my miner configuration is wrong, not sure. Very new to this

I completely removed the case and added the 120mm fan on top and I think has increased my mh

I'm thinking about getting one myself to mine Verus bro. I have around 11 cell phones mining Verus plus my laptop.
I mean it's cool, but if you are all about profit, buying $400 of phones is better... but atleast you get a half decent computer tho

If you send you model and serial to Beelink customer support they're pretty good about sending you a replacement Windows Key

A little higher than my other miners, I think it's at 72 per core, but that's perfectly safe

HiveOS, if you watch my Raptoreum build it can give you kind of a tutorial on how to use it... but also there are a MILLION tutorials on TH-cam

I am not sure, not too much I would imagine... The chips TDP is 45w, so not much above that. I will invest in a wattage meter soon! :D

that model is a little old you should have bought the newer 7940hs they are cooler and power efficient than that older model
