It's not inspired by Marvel 😒 . The movie took more than 6-7 years to make , actually it was made few years ago but releasing now. And it's based on Hindu mythology not Marvel characters even Marvel characters are inspired by Indian and Chinese mythology and ancient stories and there is many characters in Marvel that somehow connect to India or south Asia but they rarely recognise them.
Even if something is inspired by marvel there is no problem , marvel also takes inspiration from many indic culture like dr strange 3 rd eye is copy of lord shiv right 🙂
Marvel movies are hugely influenced by Indian ,Tibetan, Chinese history/ mythology they barely give us any credit . Like doctor strange character its literally Hinduism stuff chakras ,third eye etc

Ayan mukharjee definitely worked hard for 8 years but i doubt writers did. They literally introduced heroes and villains as "kuchh shaktiyan hain" "aur ek andhera hai". 😢

Everything in Mahabharata is about human nature. How we react, it's literally depicts our lives. Imagine such an old event is still relevant to our lives. Krishna is the observer in Mahabharata and he is the perfect character. We should learn from our religion and in that way nothing can or will make us offended. Other religions are made by men, proud men with lots of human qualities. I could never imagine that God who is a divine being would say that whoever follows him is real and everyone else is fake? That's what every religion except Hinduism teaches us. That's why I don't react to people like that, right wing as well as left wing they both are just like Kauravas and Pandavas. With respect to marvel or DC. This film is completely based on pure Indian mythology. I heard somewhere that doctor strange is inspired from indian mythology. ( may be its just a rumor or whatever it may be ) you just can't compare 300 million budget with 40 million budget movie. But they did a great job. I hope story get right ✅
OFC doctor strange is inspired by Hinduism it's set in Nepal which is deeply influenced by Hinduism and buddhism

Those of who you think that Mouni Roy's character was copied from Scarlett witch then hear this... The shoots of this film began in early 2016,so how can it be copied from Scarlett witch which came long after.... There are possibilities that scarlet witch can be copied from this 🤣🤣(not confirmed).... Some might say that the arrows were copied from "hawk eye" but in Hindu mythology the main weapon of "Lord Rama" is the bow and arrow and also in Mahabharata too.... So.... I hope you understood...
Lastly,after seeing the trident used in this trailer, some might say that this is the copy of "Aqua man" but the weapon wielded by "Lord Shiva" is the trident or Trishul(in ancient Hindu mythology)... So decided yourself.... Who copied whom?

Movie was being made for 7 years. 90% of the budget went on VFX . The vfx and all looks great. But I hope that the romance , story and emotions are also great. I hope it doesn't just rely on vfx and fight scenes

This is written and directed by Ayan Mukherjee not Rajamouli(He is distributing in south india), Ayan is one of the most promising young director.

Name -Junun ( the evil girl shown in trailer was written in story 2014. This movie was on adaption since 2014 the story writing since 2012 and the characters belongs to our cultural history In vedic there are 5 elements which we call ' Devta' and worship them are earth ( prithvi ) , water ( jala) , fire ( agni ) , wind ( vayu) , space ( Akash ) in this trailer three are mentioned . Even Marvel characters based on Indian , Chinese, Greek mythology . The concept of the power of elements originated in India and has been used in lots of movies in the West particularly. This movie has been in the making for over 10 years if you count it from the conceptualization. 6-7 years in the actual visualisation & production. And everything at a budget that's 10% of an average Marvel movie's budget.
This movie is not inspired by Marvel, it's totally based on Indian mythology. Even some Hollywood movies are inspired by Indian mythology like Avtar, doctor strange etc. James Cameron, the director of Avatar, said the title of the film(Avtar) was a subconscious reference to India. ‘Avatar’ in Sanskrit means reincarnation. He said, "I just have loved every thing,the mythology,the entire Hindu pantheon,seems so rich and vivid,”
In the beginning of chapter 2, it clearly mentions that he wanted to rule over K.G.F. that's why he helped the people inside the mine and beheaded garuda in front of everyone in chapter 1 to win the heart of the people inside the mine because by doing that people will have faith in him and will always stand by his side. Whatever he did in chapter 1 was for his selfish needs which was made clear in chapter 1 itself.
Marvel is created from comic books. This is created from Hindu mythology so lots of difference. The story line can be compared to movies that are based on any country's or religion mythology

Rocky was the don of mumbai(bombay) in chapter 1 and at the end of chapter 1 Rocky captures a bigger empire that is K.G.F. so it is quite natural that now when he had acquired the empire, he should defend because there are too many people who are wanting to acquire it so to defend his empire and his throne he should do certain adjustment in his existing character trait, by adjustment I mean increasing or decreasing the intensity of certain parameters of his existing character trait.
Brahmastra in Hindu scripts (actually mentioned in a number of texts) means the mother of all weapons. It was never used though.

Now regarding the love angle of this movie, Reena falls in love with Rocky when she gets to know that, all that he is doing is to fulfill the promise that he gave to his mother which makes her feel that though he is rough outside, he is good at heart inside and understands the pain and value of a mother well.

VFX looks amazing in the movie. Finally they tried something new & if it got a good Storyline and Powerful acting they can create their own MCU ( ASTRAVERSE )🔥
