We’re Back Dumpster Diving - Great Haul Over Two Days!

- HI Y'ALL! It's so good to be back! We had a lot of fun dumpster diving at apartments over the last couple days and ended up with a great haul!
The giant squishmallow has already been gifted to my niece and the blankets and dog beds will get taken to the animal shelter later this week. We love being able to rescue things from the trash because not only does it remove those items from the landfill, it also allows us to re-home it to people (or animals) who will love and appreciate them! It is so good to see you both back! My absolutely favorite dumpster diving channel! You could probably take the pet carrier apart, so you could wash the canopy part. Bones needs a bed for every room!🤣😂🥰

I consider every dumpster that you find with just real trash in it, a win for you and our planet. I tell everyone about the work and education you do to help us all see what we can do to reduce waste and the number of items going to the landfill. I just love you guys, and the work that you do. Always surprising (and disappointing) how many useable items get thrown out. Usually we retail dive and often find great “illegal dumps” as well as store merchandise.
Yes! We’ve found some great stuff at illegal dumps. Hard part is they’re unpredictable, never know when you’ll come across one!

The second dig bed you found (dark grey) its a special bed to keep your pet snuggled up cozy and prevents anxiety, as it curls around them, my rescue dog Darcy has one, she loves it, it has a soft rim around it that she likes to rest her head on while dozing. Bones would love it 🥰

My friend found about $300 worth of craft items in the trash. Someone was cleaning out their craft room. I kept 2 items, some went to a seniors craft group at a local church,
some went to friends and family. Beautiful items, saved from the landfill. Tina,Al's wife

I just had to put my cat "Dewey" down recently. He was 19.5 years old and a rescue cat that I found in front of the kibrary I worked at. He is named after The Dewey Decimal System. Alex, so sorry that Gnome Cones had that fire. We know that you sold your share, but understand that it was your dream and still have an emotional investment in it. Hope it gets back up and running soon! So happy to see you guys back!
I think the little cabinet could be a bread box. The soft dog crate can be taken apart to wash the fabric/mesh and put back together. It would be great if Bones would adapt to the crate for camping. If he does and you do take it camping, make sure you tie it down really securely, so wild animals don't drag it away (with Bones inside).
Old carpet makes a great landscaping fabric. Lay it face down and cover with mulch or gravel or stones. Cut holes in it and add plants. No weeds, looks perfect. Holds water.

You should look inside of those containers like that Gatorade container w/ the plastic lid. I found $10 in a what I thought was an empty lemonade container like that! Hey you guys good to see you back. Just a couple of suggestions for additional sources of income.there is a place😮online that will buy old tennis shoes, any condition.. they even pay for you to ship them.😢 Check it out. Also the price for copper is very high
now. Just carry a pair of wire cutters with you and cut the wire to apliances you find like that toaster. Good luck. My husband and i did dumpster diving in the early 1980's. It's fun.

You are the only divers that I like to watch. Your shows seem to be legitimate. There is another diver that her dives seem to be staged .I have no tolerance or respect for people that are dishonest. You guys are the hardest working divers that I follow.
That little cabinet would be great for Bones treats and canned food. The pet tent would be great for camping or the beach.

Welcome back guys. When you dive and get such good stuff befor you go home stop by the laundromat and get a large machine and put all the washable things in one machine so you don’t take home any bugs and unwantable things just you be safe and make your home safe also

That red dog crate or cat crate u can clean with bleach spray and magic marker. U can put a cat bed or blanket and a liter box and food/water bowl in there. We use it when we travel to put are 12 week old kitty in. It’s nice to have great find.
