@@evolutionautomotive5477 that's whats up. I looked into building one as well! I'll probably snag a sunday without a free coaster and see how long it lasts.
tried some wallrides before but haven't tried in quite a while; seeing your video reminded it was a trick aha ill have to go try some next time i'm riding and use this video for help!
Hey Alfredo, there is an awesome spot for wall riding near the Burbank airport. It's a curved wall on the corner of Winona and Ontario Ave right off Hollywood Way. The wall is already all scuffed up from local riders. It's worth checking the next time you are in the area. Thanks for all the awesome content!
Thanks for the heads up! I actually rode by there the other day! Been meaning to put tires on that spot for a while, so thanks for reminding me! You’ll see it in a video real soon 💜
Thanks Alf! When I was learning how to wallride with a skateboard someone gave a good tip to think of it as doing a kickturn on a crappy quarter pipe. I defiantly want to do it on my bike. Bar to wallrides looks soo steezy!!
Alf, any tips for pulling off a wallride with a busted up shoulder (well, not broken anymore, but had it rebuilt like 8 months ago...?) I ride goofy... I ride right forward for most things, but left foot forward for things like barspins and whips. PS those tires and pedals are sick and my favorite color. What brand are they? Shadow... Odyssey? I'm currently running purple because I couldn't find teal tires when I wanted new ones. Great and helpful vid, as usual!
Yo! Honestly, shoulders are a tough subject, so if it’s giving you issues then I wouldn’t further aggravate them with wallride because if you do mess it up, you will smash directly into the wall. Maybe find some banked or slanted walls to soften up them impact. My tires and pedals are the Blue Shadow Serpent tires and Blue Shadow Platform plastic pedals
I remember my first wallride. Pedal my ass of as fast as i can then went slamming on the wall hahahaha i didnt knew what happened but my mind really wasnt ready into doing it. And thats a fact like what youve said CONFIDENCE IS THE KEY.👌
Sounds stupid but honestly the best advice I ever got was imagine you have no pegs. For me I always thought I would hit them but once I took them off it was fine after that I imagined no pegs and Helped a ton. Also pretend to do wallrides on Banks steeper the better that really helped me figure out the motion
I have been practicing, Fakies ugh, 180 on the quarter, Higher hops, and NOW wall Rides.. Skate park there is a perfect rounded set up, tire marks all ready there to show me the way.... I hope you are ok bro.
if you ever run out of ideas it would be cool to see who mentored you. You are patient and give great advivce, did you learn that through and bmx'er or just carried it over from other areas... I guess it could be just around a group of great friends and pure integrity even when down. idk just a thought... Im good at procrastination like you're good at riding lol
I’ve down the how to footjam whip (whiplash) and I’ve also down the how to tail whip. But the downwhip is the one I’ve been meaning to do so thanks for the sick suggestion!!
im 32 and gettin back into bmx after a few years. the vids are sick and the help u provide is insane! keep it up my man!

Same, 30 y.o.
Another recommendation is to not baby your bikes, don’t be scared to get it scratched or damaged, just do it. This will help you alot
3:15 that lil stationary crank flip was the coolest part of the whole video, teach me that 😂

4:25 do a hop table in to the wall from a 45° angle ride the wall and hop of the wall back to your tyres try to land back wheel first 👍

Im goofy footed all of a sudden
Had 15 years of a bike , jump back on and i ride switch every other trick and its been driving me insane haha
How much time did you spend on learning it?
Took me 15 minutes
Lol
I'm gonna practice on a steep bank near me, thanks a lot
Street tricks from a street god alright lemme get some popcorn
In my opinion aslong as you feel comfortable with hopping up a ledge and do it no problem, if you can do that its just a matter of committing to it.
I have been practicing, Fakies ugh, 180 on the quarter, Higher hops, and NOW wall Rides.. Skate park there is a perfect rounded set up, tire marks all ready there to show me the way.... I hope you are ok bro.
Oh yea if you see the marks, following them is usually a good way to dial them in quicker!
