    Hi, I’m a pharmacy student and I think you’re confused as to the difference between CBD and THC. THC is the component of marijuana that gets you high. CBD is used in medicine for pain relief. Just a heads up.

      Noel Harris ya my whole point was that this is a common fact and anyone could look it up on their own to find out. And FYI, someone on a TH-cam comment just saying they’re a pharmacist adds no credibility whatsoever. trust me, I’m a lawyer. See? I’m not a lawyer.

    I am someone that is against drugs (for myself, others can do what please them). CBD is not THC, it doesn't make you high or even anything yet it has medicinal vertues, great against inflammation, stress, skin issues etc etc

    Make sure to clean your phone and wash your pillowcases regularly. If all of your acne is on one side of your face then it’s probably caused by something that touches that side and not the other.

    I feel the same not wanting to eat or I feel nauseous when I wake up from a broken or really bad sleep or even a really short sleep. It's the worst for my early 830am classes. But I usually just bring breakfast with me and I eat later or throughout the morning I'll nibble on whatever I brought till I feel more up to eating!! Hope everything gets back on track soon!     You should try drinking chamomile tea at night to calm you down and destress and just read a book (not a show. it's too exciting for ur brain and it needs to focus on one sensory thing). Spearmint tea has helped my skin so much too! worth a shot since it's natural! I have been feeling like how you feel this past week bc i started my youtube channel and have been editing till late at night and extending my bed time so this week I'm taking it much easier on myself but it's a work in progress 💖💖💖

    its called "not pot" because it doesn't have the same properties as smoking marijuana! it's CBD, which is the concentrate that has relaxing properties. It helps a lot of people sleep and soothes their anxiety. My grandma even uses it for her achey joints and says it works wonders. :)

    feeling nauseous in the morning is usually because of dehydration and low blood sugar that happens during fasting overnight while asleep. make sure youre eating enough for dinner and having water before bed and hopefully that helps!! :) loved this video

    Who else loooves to watch vlogs? I’m over the makeup stuff we all know how to do that, I wanna see how different people get to work and what they do for a living. It just feels more meaningful and entertaining. Not to ramble but I love the inspiration from watching girls my age do big things like move away alone to nyc, etc. 😮

    Something that has really helped my acne is using all natural soap! I wash my face morning & night and then use a chemical free face moisturizer

    Michelle, I love those "week in the life" videos. I'm also working mon-fri (but 10-6) in the creative industry and it feels really relatable :) Love seeing what you wear and what you eat !

    You should see a dermatologist for acne cream it’s the best thing ever. For being nauseous try drinking a cold glass of water in the morning when you wakeup to get your body moving

    was it hormonal acne? it might have been your period especially since you said you were feeling nauseous in the morning my period does that to me !!

    I would limit your late night working for sure!! You’re not giving yourself enough time to relax before heading off to bed! Also your nausea may be anxiety, I get morning anxiety if I know Ive got a particularly crazy day ahead of me and one of my symptoms is nausea! I always try to meditate in the morning and focus on my breathing. Also I have stress acne/hormonal acne! Those drying lotions make it worse for me too. I use differin at night :) stress is very somatic for me... it effects my entire body! Take care of yourself! ❤️

    Try cutting out dairy. That saved my skin. I had acne in the same spots

      They’re both medicinal. And technically (legally), CBD is a drug. But I know you probably mean CBD won’t get you high, but I wanted to clarify.

    I am suffering with the morning nausea too, but I have gastritis and acid reflux. Do you feel sour taste in your mouth when you wake up? Could be acid coming up. Also breakouts on the face could be a sign of gastro problems. If it continues, please go see a doctor x.

    It’s ok to not be into CBD but I think it’s a little ignorant to call it dumb 🙁 a lot of people struggle with anxiety and CBD is a great, natural alternative to prescription medication. I love your videos and I think you’re a great person, just don’t knock something down because it’s “not your thing” 😊

    When im under a lot of stress I get the morning nausea.. Get some good sleep for a few nights and some relaxation. Yoga usually helps me.

    I had the same thing - waking up nauseous, like to the point where I could barely function. My doctor said it was likely acid reflux/indigestion and I did one 14 day course of omeprazole and it completely fixed it!

    I have been waking up nauseous as well! I stopped eating past 8 and that seems to have helped a lot

    CBD is basically like taking Tylenol or even Xanax. Only it’s way better for your body.

    For being nauseous in the mornings try some ginger tea with lemon! It helps so much! I’ve been feeling that way too lately since I started school back up again, so it’s probably just stress

    I always love to eat breakfast but I know when I eat late or right before falling asleep I feel nauseous and sick in the morning and unable to eat. I’ve stopped eating so late now I feel great!

    Have you found your skin has gotten worse since you lived in NYC? My skin was absolutely fine until I moved to NYC & then it just was hell. I tried so many skincare products and just nothing worked. The minute I moved....cleared up. I guess it’s the pollution in the atmosphere...I’m not sure. Hope you get it sorted but you’re beautiful anyways ✨

    the morning nausea happens with me too.. but ive notices it generally happens when my dinner last night was a little later than usual or if i have warm milk before bed.. basically its a mild acidity that makes me nauseous.. hope it helps

    The day you said your hair was gross, I thought it looked nice and simple. I'm not saying this to be bitchy, but just another perspective, like "oh, I don't think you should be so hard on yourself about it. I actually looked pretty natural and chic" :)

    hey girl, try not to touch your face as much it will probably help with the breakouts. If you notice the breakouts are in the spots where you usually touch

    happens to me a lot! especially if I eat right before bed or I’m feeling really anxious. I find that drinking something warm helps me. I’ve been feeling that way too but we got this 😊

    I would ALWAYS get nauseous in the AM due to my anxiety and stress; so I would have to wait about an hour and 30 min before I tried and sometimes it just didn't matter how much time I waited. But I'm finally taking time for my self and taking time to get closer to God and such, which has helped! I'm a lot less anxious and stress and loving it!!!

    Michelle you should try pimple patches instead of pimple cream! It a hydrocolloid bandaid/sticker like thing that draws the pimple thru the skin but doesn't cause any the drying that pimple creams cause

    sometimes if my allergies flare up I can't eat breakfast. It usually passes after a few hours, but yeah, I'll feel nauseous and sick as soon as I wake up.

    I recently started a new job and find myself having to make myself eat just because I get nervous/stressed before work 😖 If you’re looking for something to help decompress, I’ve been loving this podcast called “Nothing much happens; bedtime stories for adults.” It’s really helped calm my brain down!

    Hey Michelle! I had the same thing happen with my loss of appetite and it continued for 3 months. I also had one month where I threw up pretty much everyday, plus migraines and breakouts too! I thought it was a medical issue, but it was actually a stress related issue! With everything you’ve been busy with, it’s possible you have stress that’s manifesting itself physically!
    Something that really helped was understanding that Jesus rested while He was here in this crazy world! (I read a book called Rhythms of Rest about the Sabbath practiced today and it was really helpful!)
    Hope you continue to take time to breathe and rest! :)

    Hi Michelle! After watching your video was just thinking that maybe your nausea and tiredness could possibly be due to mono? During college, I experienced the same things which were persisting for long enough that I went to the health center, and sure enough found out I had mono! Just maybe something to investigate if those feelings persist...love your videos, and wishing you all the best :)

    I definitely get nauseous in the morning because of my ovulation cycle. Not necessarily your period but the other days. (Of course lol). Also if you’re taking any kind of allergy/sinus medicine it may upset your stomach if you haven’t eaten anything yet. Hope you’re feeling better!! 💕

    I live in Toronto and I’ve also been feeling super nauseous lately and I think it’s from the seasons changing! My sinuses have been bad and it’s been causing a lot of nausea and headaches in the last two weeks

      True! But doctors are so quick to prescribe birth control, and it's hard to get off of and get your regular menstrual cycle back.

    How is this about *Working* at a *Marketing job* in NYC? The actual tasks, the pros and cons, the type of people you work with, what the process of you getting that job, the pay, the hours, etc would be way more interesting and specific to the title of this video but this has none of that. This is what everyone hates about these "day in the life" they are just focused on glamorizing the individual in the video in this "instagram-y" way.
    Lynette Adkins has way better videos on TH-cam, she works for Amazon in the Marketing department as of now, and doesn't clickbait their audience.
