Exercise 4. Can you adapt the other exercises to chair only for similar even if less effective? There's a series for you... Please do a Play List of chair only adaptations. Use a naming convention for area of focus then "Start here" or "Episode 1", then "Episode 2". ...
So much effectiveness can be gained if the user knows what they are fixing and what is the progression to success long-term vs. immediate one and done relief.
Thanks for all you do. New electronics come and go but the back stays forever.

Man, im in tears right now. A grown man, 28 years old. I had hit a speed bump on 94 outside of Detroit and it came on so sudden that I tensed up super tight. When I hit the bump it felt like I could feel my spine compress. and the pain was unfucking real. I tried to lay down that night and it hurt so bad I couldnt even sleep. I hopped on youtube and looked up how to help, and then this came up. So insanely helpful. You are a miracle worker my friend

I had a pinched nerve 3 years ago that the pain went through my Rhomboid muscle all around shoulder blade and through my shoulder all the way down my arm and it had me literally crying on
The ground and it took me weeks of massages, medicines for it to finally go away .
Two days ago i had the exact pinched nerve and same pain and i was really discouraged because i didn’t want to go through that painful battle again.
I tried several stretches from various youtube videos and nothing .
I read the comments of this video and they were all positive. After 30 minutes of doing all these stretches it was gone . Like I never had a pinched nerve.

I'm so lucky to have found this video. For years I've been having sporadic upper back pain episodes. Three weeks ago i started the worst one I've ever experienced, and I've been in debilitating pain since. Doctors treat me like an addict trying to abuse pain meds, when i don't even want them. I just want a solution. I just finished doing all the stretches in the video, but only a few reps each, and already I'm feeling a ton of relief. I'm going to finish it, and do these stretches every day. Thank you Dr. Rowe! I'd make an appointment to see you if i didn't live so far away.

The pain was so bad i was having difficulty breathing sometimes. It was like a sharp stabbing pain and with time i was feeling pulsation to the right side of my body and then to the right side of my belly! Pain was 10/10! I did this exercise one morning, and felt so much better already! I was in shock! I did these exercises a second time the next morning and on the 3rd day the pain was completely gone!! On the 3rd day and 4th, i stop doing these workout and it never came back since 🥲 I’ve been pain free for the past 5 days and i was even able to workout today and i still felt good! 🥰 thank you so much! Anyone watching this, just do it! The exercises seems silly but they really do work!

I have had pain focused in between my shoulder blades in the top middle of my back all day (exactly in the spots on your illustration which is why I clicked on the video). I've completed all the exercises modelled in the video and although the pain hasn't completely gone out it is almost certainly 75% better and more at a "rumbling in the background" level of pain as opposed to a "it hurts to breathe and I want to cry" level immediately after finishing the exercises. Thank you so much, gratefully from Hertfordshire in the UK.

quick question: local chiropractic didn’t want to make an adjustment when I told him the nerve pain was intensified when he started trying to stretch my neck. He said he didn’t want to “aggravate” affected the area which seems counter to your stretching exercises.
Does this seem odd or unusual? I’m debating whether to go back to him.

I was in constant pain yesterday with every step, every cough (battling a severe head/chest infection). I had initially thought the pain was a result of my right lung dealing with infection until I was able to better determine where the pain was exactly. This determination sadly came from the pain becoming more and more severe. Once I was able see this as a back problem and not an icepick in my lung, lol, I found this video and completed the stretches. Such joyous relief today as a result. Lifesaver!
