    This was awesome Karen. I had to really stay focused with the ball when doing squats with the ball. Thanks for sharing. Loved it.

    Another GREAT Barre workout! I'm actually nursing a shoulder injury and went in search of Barre workouts to to do while I'm not lifting heavy. I noticed you have made anymore lately. Insert sad face here.
