great video - I use my KEY2 as my only phone and love it. Just did a reaction video - funny how people in three different countries all react the same way when you pull out a BlackBerry in 2018...I love it!
I have been using the blackberry keyone for over 3 years, and it is still fine, especially the battery. I bought another spare and also a black edition because it is too good. KEYONE FOREVER 💗💗💗💗💗💗
Kevin Portillo The SD660 in the KEY2 is MILES ahead of the SD625 in the KEYone. Even the SD636 in the LE already smokes the KEYone. The LE has the best reception out of all of them, probably due to the polycarbonate construction instead of metal. It's also a whopping 24g lighter than the KEYone and much more effortless to type on. Source: I own all 3 but I'm selling the KEYone as the other 2 models do everything better and have matte keys which are much more comfortable
Same here, I rather skip versions, it is just me. I don't want to waste technology. I figure I would skip all the even versions. I hope they can make a good version of the Key3 if they continue to use the name.
@Sundeep Mann Yup :-) I gave up and got a Samsung. It's OK but I still liked the PRIV better for emailing and texting. Also liked the Password keeper that came with the PRIV as well as the touch sensitive physical keyboard you could use to navigate without touching the screen. The camera on the Samsung is far better as is the battery life but for me personally those things are not so important.
I have recently moved to note 9 just due to poor camera on my key 1 but boy ! I miss my blackberry so much. The on screen keyboard on note 9 is so annoying compared to keyboard on key 1!. We take this keyboard on blackberry as granted but trust me it makes a massive difference !. Trying to sell my note 9 and going back to blackberry soon !.
I got a KeyOne Black Edition with 4gb of ram, I'm still quite happy with my phone. Unless if one was given to me, (Not going to happen sadly) I'll likely hold out till there is a Key3. (That's also assuming they carry on the tick tock system, so next year we get a Key2 Black edition or something similar) What I'd really like to see is for TCL to invest even more time, money & effort into making Blackberry phones. I would like to see them create another model. Perhaps based around the BlackBerry Priv. So flagship specs, large screen & hideaway keyboard. I loved my Priv, but I had to upgrade because of the poor battery life, & over heating, and 3gb of ram for it really wasn't enough...

However my mobile provider here in the uk has recently turned off it's 3g signal rendering my blackberry partially useless. Hello Alexandra, I have a Classic as well (love it) and have been trying to find a review of a direct comparison of the Key2 series and the Classic. In a sentence or two, could you describe your thoughts on the LE keyboard, when compared to the Classic's? Cheers
I just got a BB KeyOne after getting robbed, i had a IPhone X. I m a BB fan i had all of them but. I think its an OK phone (BB KeyOne), but its like they could ve done better, i wont mind paying a few $$ more but get a better prossesor , softer keys, i mean you really have to push them a lil hard to type i think they can be a little more softer, and a better camera, you dont need to be a photographer to use the camera, but to take picture of documents when you have no scanner or even use it socialy. I think it has a great potential, cuz phisycal keybord at least for me is easier to use, specially to chat, which is whats you do most in phones.

Since normally the apps in my BB, run it through 3gb ram. Overall.. this is a great phone for productivity.
VItaly. O battery is smaller in the LE but if you compare it to a one year old KEYone with alot of charge cycles which means more wear on the battery, then the added efficiency of the LE's 636 would probably make them about equal on battery performance
I have the keyone. It has a "security" feature that I hate and I'm wondering if it got fixed in either of these next generation phones. Whenever the phone goes from lte to 3g or loses service, the screen locks. Seriously, I'm typing, scrolling through a webpage, doing a voice message and it freezes then locks. Does the key 2 do this as well?
Really?! I had 2 Keyone's. The first one lasted me two days before the screen and the phone started splitting and the 2nd one lasted about 2 weeks before it was understandably wrecked in a car accident. I really like the concept, but I don't think that TCL didn't anticipated just how enourmous the demand for Keyone was going to be. Because of this, I think that TCL rushed the production and sold a lot of faulty products.
Compared to my BB Passport, my keyone is an absolute dog turd and I will be giving my keyone to my mom soon, since her iphone is about toast. Tiny keyboard, tiny screen. The new "hub" sucks, the voice mail system on the android is a pain in the butt to navigate. You just can't beat the BB operating system on the Passport, or my old Q10.
My Keyone started off great(I've had it for 14 months) and now it has connectivity issues, doesn't load certain apps, websites, Wi-Fi works only sometimes. This is after I did a reset because it had even worse issues, thinking it would help. It didn't. This is a known issue between BlackBerry and Sprint, and neither have released a fix for it. my KeyOne is reaaally slow. for example when i turn on Google Maps, it spends about 10 seconds to let me start typing a location... Is it because I am not using SD card?
Probably, or try and clear cache? mine was okay, not that slow. but I have to clear cache over time. once in 2 months. But it's fast now since I upgrade my k1 to Oreo. Been using it for 2 month now. No lag
My k1 has 4gb internal ram and it works fantastically. I know that At&t k1 has only 3gb ram and this can be a cause of slow speed since k1 android consume around 3gb memory normally.
I loved my Passport, although I've moved on to the Motion. Always wished they release a Passport running Android with similar screen ratio as the key line... I'd be all over that.
