Today we visit a Weston show home from Bellway homes. Which is the style of house we have bought and in this show home there are features that mirror the specification we choose with some items (like the kitchen) we choose many years back.
This video will be a full in depth look at the Bellway Weston Showhome.
We are very excited to see things we picked in the house we bought and would love to share it with you.
Disclaimer - this show home is probably over £260,000 as the price does differ between location and the phase of development.
We fell in love with this style of home as soon as we saw it and knew this was the one for our first home.

OMG the Western is a beautiful house, we saw it today, in Northwich, I wonder if that is where you went because it’s the exact same decor. The kitchen had so much storage.
Thank you very much, yeah we picked out our kitchen about a year or so ago. Then our sales rep said visit this showhome as it has the same kitchen. The wife and I made a swift visit haha we fell in love with the Weston house type it’s got everything we wanted. 👍🏻👍🏻

Most definitely, we try and upload at least every 3 weeks but with FT jobs at different schedules it’s sometimes difficult. There’s plenty to come though haha we’ve been told we will be moving in just after Christmas and also we bought a drone so been learning to fly that. Not well though 😂😂
Where I live this house would easily be £375k. Very nice home for a great price!

@@DevoVlogs this is pretty much identical nearly to their property type called "The Mason" they have near me in Surrey, and they start from £495k - 260k is amazing value
Hey Ryan hope you’re well. The mason is basically the new improved version of this home (the Weston) wow £495k is a large sum and giving the climate for housing recently you’re not wrong £260k seems ok now 😂
@@DevoVlogs hey mate, I've been watching a few of your vids as I'm buying a Turner myself - hopefully ready to move in by September. I actually really loved your kitchen doors, but apparently they stopped making those dark blue doors after so many complaints about staining, and some people were trying to remove stains and ended up making a slight patch where the paint rubbed off a little. Opted for ivory doors/shaker style then, was surprised to hear that about the blue.
Oh mate congratulations on the house September will be here in no time and thanks for watching, means a lot. We do really like them to be fair no paint issues but it has been a nightmare keeping them clean they like to streak a lot with certain polish. Not been fun. Ooh ivory shaker style that will be very nice 😜

I know right not bad considering. The price will go up depending on which phase of the build the site is on and it could be cheaper in other sites. But yeah not bad at all 👍🏻

Hey thanks for watching, this specific showhome is in Northwich in Cheshire. Rose Meadow development. I’m pretty sure the price of the house has increased since we filmed as they increase the further into the development. (Later phases of release)
