I just have to love how stupid the inconsistency is, guys with multiple layers of clothes or armor have them break apart like they're made of paper, while all the guys wearing only tank-tops only have dirt and a few scratches when realistically it should be the other way around.
It's mostly by their creators Choices.. and also the strength of the characters attack... sorry this might be long to you.. but It's to follow How realistically damaging these attacks are what the characters can do and also to avoid a Mature rating.. even if Boa Hancock her suit is getting badly damage, they can't show her breast in the game because it's Consider rude to women and to respect Eiichiro Oda's characters, and also With Vegeta because he's wearing his saiyan Armor, we don't know but it is made of Elastic material and something else but it can get badly damaged like when Kurillin blasted though vegeta, And then There's Kenshiro from Fist of the North Star (Hokuto No Ken) it is Funny that His pants and Boots don't take damage but get dirty.. They mostly show his chest and torso because he is Based on Bruce Lee.. But it's also to His nickname he goes by in the Manga "The Man with the Seven Scars"... So yes, This game developers wanted to Respect all the characters Franchises by their creators wishes...

According to the files Renji and Killua were supposed to get damaged to the point they were shirtless, which at least for Killua makes a lot more sense. I like the battle damage idea but I wish they did it properly, that's all.
@@nikhilcruz True with Realistic battle damaged, I think it's something that Developer's have trouble with, mostly with Realistic damage on to them.. I would agree with Goku's fully battle damaged since it just looks burned with Scorch marks and destroyed... I would love to see cut marks and impacts on them depending on the opponents... I know they Copied Kenshiro's Fully battle damaged form from his fight against Hyoh... And Jotaro on the fight against Dio... I'm surprised they Got Light into this game and also Ryuk... Surprisingly your player character Sees him without touching the death note... They uuuuhhh... Should've really gotten a different Story writer for this game... I don't Blame Akira Toriyama... He... must've just not know Light Yagami is.. and how he works...

They should make DIO half strip, like when Jotaro make him fly to joseph body
Some of the characters do strip in the game files but in the actual game they're still wearing all their clothes, maybe he's one of them.
