Someone said: “If you can’t explain something in simple terms, you don’t understand it” - Here in just two short minutes, you can see Sifu Lam teaches in simple terms, direct action and efficient movement. His classes are fun, his students are talented and all around you, the fighters possess a high degree of skill. I’m very much looking forward to the next seminar and really looking forward to private lessons as soon as my schedule will allow. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Another expert tutorial on the greatest and first interception art form, Wing Chun Kung Fu.” Without it, there’d be no Jeet Kune Do. I always tell everybody, study under Gary lam or at least try to learn as much as possible. I am very grateful to have that opportunity.” 😉🤙🏿💯
@@GaryLamWingChunKungFu if I had to guess, I’d say When I began, I was doing jkd, and people were saying to give up wing chun. But once I saw the way you use it, I knew, if Bruce Lee were here today, this is what he would wanna be learning. I still believe that to this day. God willing, I’ll one day make it out there. To me, good jkd NEEDS Wing Chun. Lots of it. 💯😎🙏
@@JKDVIPER Very well said. Lee had less than two years of Wing Chun training. That’s enough to learn how to hit people, but not much else. His training didn’t teach him how to “control” his opponent, which is a high level skill. He sought out other fighting systems to fill in the gaps. None of this mattered when in 1972, he had a sparring match with Wong Shun Leung. Even with his outside knowledge, he still couldn’t beat his Wing Chun master.
@@GaryLamWingChunKungFu yes sir. I see that as being the issue right there. Wing Chun had so much more to give, but he unfortunately lost his life before he could experience it. We are grateful to get that opportunity. 🎇🙏💯
Excellent! Thank you Sigung =) 🐉
