This is ridiculous nonsense...this would never work in a real fight because of body mass...already you can see that he gets moved back with the punches jamming into him and he is awkward dealing with it 1:08.. If it was with real body mass he would be on the ground. It always amazes me that these people without expertise try to teach seminars..Insanity When someone strikes you you cant slap their hand out of the way or try to block with your palm...this is a dreamworld. The punch with body mass would just pile right through all that. He moves like a beginner and has no body language at all that makes him even remotely look like he knows anything and over weight to boot. Embarrassing...do these lugans know how ridiculous they look ?

This is a really excellent Wing Chun self defense technique demo, First of all Sifu Gary Lam shows he is nimble in both left and right hand, and he can fully utilize the wooden dummy technique in a practical way. I also find that Sifu Lam shows a couple of "what's next after you use Bong Sau" , i.e. at 0:04 a very beautiful "under bridge" thrusting hand and at 0:42 "pulling horse" etc. what a wonderful demo Sifu Lam!
