My first mental health nurse made me start a dream journal and after reading it for ONE session she said this is beyond her help and referred me onto a different nurse 😭
MY JAW DROPPED WHEN I SAW ADAM IN THE THUMBNAIL the crossover is something I’ve been waiting for for SO LONG❤️
Me TOO!! Adam is the GOAT! I love him!!
sometimes my dreams make absolutely 0 sense, I have a reoccurring dream that I’m out getting groceries or shopping and I reach into my purse to grab my wallet to pay and my purse is just a giant taco and I pull my hand out and it’s covered in refried beans and that’s the whole dream
🤣
I respect your subconscious for this tbh
the worst nightmare is when i was in a loop. everytime i wake up and leave my room i'd just wake up again in bed and it was going for like hours in my dream. but it was just a 20 mins nap
😂😂😂
I get this all the time it's literally the worst
i had a similar dream, i would keep waking up in my bed and going down the stairs, and when i reached the bottom i would get sent back to bed and every time i woke up again the stairs would like double in length and go really far down 😭not really scary just annoying tbh
Didn't know bach was chill like that...
How did u comment this one day ago

Cheers lads, will definitely be seeing Betsy in my dreams tonight
I have crazy vivid intense dreams that just retraumatise me almost every night I’ve had to learn to lucid dream so I can get myself out of these dreams
I’ve never thought about lucid dreaming but now you’ve said that I might because I have the wildest dreams that replay all my trauma🙃
You guys have scared me I can’t shower now without thinking Betsy or the seven dwarfs are gonna posses me naked
barthur- we all say in unison
Bach’s tootsies were frightening at the beginning
Arthur looks jaundice af
WHY IS THERE A TRANSLATION 😭😭😭
NO WAY ADAM IS ON HERE
I don’t get them as much anymore, but I would have lucid dreams where I would mess up and so I’d rewind it back to correct it 😂 this is definitely a superpower I wish I had as someone who is socially awkward
Flying in dreams feels so fulfilling and satisfying idk how to explain it
Hi Arthur, I had the exact same in primary school when I was 6. The teacher wouldn't allow me to go to the toilet. It was just after morning break. I literally just pulled my trousers down and pissed in the sand box area. She dragged me out of the class, with my trousers around my ankles to the toilet to clean me up. That still in my memory 32 years later.
*I look forward to this podcast as much as I love getting notifications of Bachs videos up*
My dreams always retraumatise me but I’ve slowly been recognising them as dreams and changing the outcomes
Adam is the best guest so far haha
I have always been a VERY LUCID DREAMER in which I control and KNOW I am dreaming, during the dream I fly ALOTTT (ARTHUR) they are laughing but I have the same thinggggggggg I learned how to fly and I have a reoccurring dream flying around my childhood neighborhood. Same street, my house, the blocks like once a month.. LUCID dreams are awesome. I also tell myself within the dream to remember this when I wake up. It is crazy
LUCID dreaming pod #2.. This one was short. Love you guys from AZ
The last question to Bach yes lol and yes got back into the dream!
Loved the stories that Adam brought in, great guest!!❤
I used to get sleep paralysis a lot. Waking up fully but not being able to move is horrible. Cannot imagine how terrifying it would be to then have to deal with a "Betsy" as well.
I always look forward to these episodes
I think the reason we don’t use our phones in our dreams is that our brains register everything we see as real. So if I’m on a call with my friend, my subconscious brain thinks I’m with her in real life. Then, in a dream, if I want to FaceTime that friend instead of pulling out my phone and calling her she just appears in front of me and we start chatting as if it was normal. Because it kind of is. It’s also why we put our selves in movies in dreams or hangout with famous people like it’s an average day.
I learned how to lucid dream at like 11 because when I was a kid I kept having a reoccuring nightmare every Christmas for at least 5 years where "Santa" knew I was awake and would come up the stairs to my room. I'd close my eyes pretending to be asleep and open them to what I can only describe as a demonic Santa staring into my face. When I was 11 and had my first computer with dial up broadband (90s kid), I started looking up different ways to stop nightmares because Christmas was coming up away and I was terrified it would happen again (despite not believing in Santa anymore). 🤣
@44:40 that happens to me! As soon as I acknowledge the fact I’m dreaming I wake up so I try to avoid thinking about that while I lucid dream
I’m in my last year of school, and keep falling asleep when I get home and I every single time have a dream about just a normal day at school- like it’s just a really normal school day and then u get home and sleep so then I wake up from that dream and then think it’s the next day so I start panicking thinking I’m going to be late for school but it’s literally 5 pm
Some adhd medications also help narcolepsy so that might explain the effects of the drug that arthur was talking about
I used to be so scared of being awake at three am I used to panic trying to get to sleep before the clock hit three
I've never been interested this much in my life
I could lucid dream but i like not knowing what happens next, but sometimes i do add italianbach in there just to make it more interesting 😂😂
I also have sleep paralysis, but luckily I don’t have a demon. But whenever I do have sleep paralysis, I can’t move or even breathe. I just feel this heavy pressure on my chest and I just lay in my bed suffering.
I get nightmares and have pretty bad sleep paralysis, its awful. I can literally have it happen repeatedly where it wakes me up every hour on the hour the whole night which can be pretty debilitating. Got a lot of trauma from when I was younger but its still pretty embarrassing to be a thirty year old man having night terrors. Sleep paralysis and the accompanying hallucinations is pretty awful but some of my regular night terrors are somehow even worse. Not much that can be done for it unfortunately but I do have some pretty fantastic lucid dreams too so you take the good and bad with disordered sleeping I guess
genuinely people dont understand how scary it is to just have something straight out of horror movie happen to you irl! sleep paralysis is very traumatic
Whenever I had nightmares as a child I used try to open my eyes with my fingers and shout for my mum until I’d end up shouting for her in real life while still sleeping so she could come wake me up
i do have a recurring dream but i never remember it until i have it again
I lucid dreamed by accident and I knew I was dreaming and I tried to wake up and I couldn’t and I checked my phone and the time was like half I don’t know how to explain it but it was the scariest thing ever😭
44:23 people always say this but i’ve had my phone in my dream so many times
me too ive 100% had a dream where im texting somebody or watching a video that isnt even real
@@dogdog7883 i’ve snapchatted in my dream aswell 😭
YOU COULDN'T HAVE BROUGHT A BETTER GUEST
I have such intense vivid dreams I wake up exhausted no matter what my doctor started prescribing me sleeping tablets
I had an actual mental breakdown when i learned about sleep paralysis, like should have been sent on a grippy sock vacation meltdown and now i only sleep on my sides to avoid it but i have night terrors of snakes and i wake myself up thrashing to get them off. It’s jarring tbh
I vividly remember reading online a story about someone having a one night stand and ended up falling asleep without taking the pee pee out somehow. They claimed they both had exactly the same dream that night as if they were connected
I can’t even open my eyes during sleep paralysis. As soon as I sense the evil presence, I try to scream myself to fully awake
I always have nightmares where my teeth fall out. I hardly ever dream or get nightmares but every so often I have one where my teeth just fall out . I HATE IT
Adam is ❤️❤️❤️
This is a really interesting conversation, as a child I had sleep paralysis of a shadow figure with a long trench coat and fedora hat, he would always hide in a corner or be at the foot of my bed, I never witnessed a face, just a shadow but it felt like he was always looking intensely at me, it’s all he ever did.
I am a farmer and I can safely say Arthur can not win a fight against a 500kg cow
I lucid dream quite often and without meaning to, I can tell you, I'm very tired because of it. I think I read because the brain is still active while lucid dreaming that it can result in you not getting normal/proper sleep. SO I wake up the next morning dead :)
I have a reoccurring theme in my dreams that I’m bursting on a pee and can’t go anywhere as all toilets are outside and in front of people 😂😂
If I play a game or read a book before bed I usually dream all about that like the year subway surfer came out I didn’t dream of anything else 😂
Omg I don’t even know his name but I love his reels on instagram
When I was younger and went to the toilet in my dream I’d always accidentally piss the bed irl too
I thought lucid dreaming was just being conscious in dreams, I am never conscious I just remember it after, is that normal?
Why is it always some demon spawn with sleep paralysis? Why not a lovely fairy or something?
Iv never believed in spiritual stuff but my uncle went to a medium once and they spoke about how how he had a big black dog following him around and it freaked us all out because he had a black Labrador as a kid and it was obsessed with him and would follow him around everywhere but we have no photos or anything of her so there’s no way they could have googled that
I’ve had sleep paradises but there was no demon I just woke up felt rearly drowsy and couldn’t get up so I just closed my eyes and went back to sleep and woke up
I just had an absolute jumpscare when you said my name in the video. 😂
I had a series of recurring dreams about two men in trench coats driving a mondeo who kept kidnapping me and one week at my primary school they sent letters out to the parents warning them of two men in long coats in a mondeo asking kids to get into their car
You should make like a rock and Morty style animation intro with ur characters
44:37 i’ve had dreams where ive pulled out my phone, gone on twitter & tweeted things😭
I took adderall during finals in college (US) and i knocked out so many papers and did amazing but would not recommend using medication incorrectly for sure lol
Creating Our COMBINED Man Utd x Newcastle XI!
I'm not sure whether they are aware that cows naturally have horns as well
I get sleep paralysis occasionally and used to have it really bad when I was a teen. I used to see all sorts of horrible shit, like my step dad killing my friends or whoever was in the room with me that night laughing at me struggling. Scary, scary shit 😅
I apparently laugh in my sleep though so I feel sorry for my partner too 😂
Branded medicine does work better. Eg Anadin works really well but non-branded paracetamol does nothing for me
At least with the zombies, jersey is pretty easily defensible unless they can swim
italian snatch is unreal
SUBMITTING MY RECURRING DREAM. In my dream I'm able to put my arms out and fly around or jump as high as I like. Would love a explanation lads 😅
Once realised I was dreaming and told a boy in my dream that he was in my dream and non of it was real and he looked at me and whispered “do not tell that to anyone else here”💀😭
My brother used to eat in his sleep and also whenever he is ill he will throw up in his sleep and not wake up
44:25 i have had my phone in a dream before. im pretty sure i was just sending an email but it seemed normal (i also had a dream where i was sending texts but i wasn’t using my phone so maybe dream world is more advanced and there’s no need for phones anymore)
also betsy sounds like The Old Hag to me
I like Arthur’s shirt
The worst nightmare here is Bach thinking cows don't have horns 😅
I had sprt of a reoccurring dream. The first time I stumbled into this "scare house" and it lit up red and it had moss around the walls and like a vampire and zombie jumped out. The nest time i had this dream I took my friend there in a separate dream months after and we went in there, he got scared and i started laughing and then he ran out and I stood there laughing in the house. I had a dream series in separate dreams lol
Can you do a segment, every time someone has forced a laugh when george clark makes a joke
Every night I have really vivid dreams and I lucid dream so often 😭😭I remember most of my dreams and everything that happened but their allways hard to explain because their so random sometimes and just don’t make sense saying it out loud. 🤣I used to get sleep paralysis quite often too mostly when I was sleep deprived. I used to wiggle my finger to snap out of it. It was the only thing I could move, mine never had demons though, it was allways a dream and it was scary bcuz it didn’t feel like a dream it felt like it was real life, one of them was me getting dragged down the side of my bed and it felt real I could feel it 😭😭😭then I woke up and couldn’t move. The first time I ever had it I tried to sleep again after and it happened another 4 times that night. I gave up in the end and stayed up all night 😭
Im fuckin over it i swear how is it every video u say something that relates to my day man. Just had sleep paralysis for the first time in sooo long & it was so scary i actually felt like i was being choked... and I told my friend and she was like " u should have tried to get it to smash." & i was like "girl.... that was my first thought." I probably sound so crazy w these comments but understand i know this and I would have stopped by now. im actually shook. Plus i screenshotted our messages so I'm standing on this that im suppose to be watching this. Could honestly just be cuz i needed a pick me up i been depressed all week and been so productive today/ yesterday
I have dreams almost every night and can remember mostly all of them, not many of them are scary or nightmares. But if they are scary I am conscious that I’m in a dream but I never wake myself up which is so weird? Like I’m scared and know it’s awful and it feels real, I know it’s not but still put myself through it anyway? odd
Arthur is accidentally buying drugs from Silk Road to study
Love a studious king
I’m so worried Arthur is gonna be drunk one day and break his NDA’s from working on bio tech contracts hahha
My dreams are often so horrific my partner has asked me to stop telling him about them because they’re traumatising him hahah
Why have you left like 80% of the comments on this video 😭🙏
@@hildachurl hahaha I have no friends who watch this to give my commentary to idk I comment like they’re in a conversation with me😭
@@kleee711 haha fairs I love it I think it’s funny ur everywhere 😂🫶
Would you rather fight a kangaroo or an ostrich
‘A candy-colored clown they call the sandman
Tiptoes to my room every night
Just to sprinkle stardust and to whisper
Go to sleep, everything is alright
I close my eyes then I drift away
Into the magic night, I softly say
A silent prayer like dreamers do
Then I fall asleep to dream my dreams of you
In dreams I walk with you
In dreams I talk to you
In dreams you're mine all of the time
We're together in dreams, in dreams
But just before the dawn
I awake and find you gone
I can't help it
I can't help it
If I cry
I remember that you said goodbye
It's too bad that all these things
Can only happen in my dreams
Only in dreams
In beautiful dreams’
u guys are my age cody and noel🫶🏻
Cows also have horns and you wouldn't stand a chance 😂😂
Never heard men talk about fighting animals for so long 😭
As someone who grew up with 2 brothers, it was all they’d talk about on long car journeys 😂😂
Guys…cows have horns 😂
**oke**
Adam sounds just like bale haha
Do you dream in black and white or colour?
You dream in black and white??I didn’t know that was possible
I had five bananas once
Kangaroos can disembowel you!!
AAAAHHHHHH
Would be funny if you’re discussing dreams, wet dreams are always funny to hear about. Next time
Its so weird i have looked it up wnd everything ur not suppose to be able to read, or see a phone in ur dreams and then u say u cant count now too??? Idk why but i can. I found out about all this from telling someone i read a note in a dream and it led to the convo. Apparently the part of ur brain is asleep that allows u to read. Also as im typing it u say the phone thing. I literally have had facebook arguments in my dreams. Ive tried to look up other ppl who can do this or any studies. When i looked there was nothing... the people I told would not believe me and im like idk why a 27 year old would start a conversation about seeing a phone in a dream or reading just to flex that i can do something that cant be proven??? Like yes lemme flex my fucking slumber rn. Lmao. I wish I could study on it though. If anyone in the comments can plzzz hmu.
Arthur- same w the zombie dreams but not aliens. I have zombie dreams CONSTANTLY. Ive heard a few other people say the same too. Zombie dogs are always present
40:50 Yeah that’s caused by the phone screen being slightly raised, likely due to heat. Because of this, all of the sub-pixels (tiny lights) aren’t connected to the circuit board, which explains why half of the screen flashes white. You may have to send it out to repairs, but there’s also a potential solution that you can do instantly. Basically all you have to do is take the phone and place it in a cool place and press down on that specific side of the screen so that the sub-pixels can potentially reconnect. This may fix it permanently so you may as well try it. But hey, another solution is to not listen to an online stranger’s advice, since I made this all up.
I read this whole thing hahah
