Thank you so very much. It is all simple, but we tend to overcomplicate and end up intimidated by the process. The next class (on this coming sunday) will xbe all about cats and the following about dogs. It will be great to see you there!
They all look so good!! I love the simplicity of the sketches and the paintings! Great reminder to break things down into basic shapes…. then add as much or as little detail as you want
Astounding. They remind me of the Greek and Egyptian urns, beautifully elegant. Ok. I maybe pushing the 'elegance' theme with the chicken...but as chickens go.
❤😊❤...well , once more I'm fascinated from your art ....beautyfull !!! And love your dogs ❤❤❤❤ we have a jack-russel , she is the Queen in our house 😅🌞 our sunshine...her name is Malaïka 😊 I must try to drow her in the simplicity you do....thanks for sharing
@@MelissaOspina-p9b thank you so much! It didn’t turn out as planned and the fact that you liked it is a kind reminder that sometimes the viewer has a kinder perspective than the creator 🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️
My Apologies. I only noticed that after posting. I was recovering from a hard cold and had a blocked nose, but didn't want it to prevent me from creating theses exercises.
Can you give more coaching about your sketching process or suggestions on how to learn this skill. For me, it is the most distinct part of what you do. You make it look so effortless. Do you have a photo reference off camera, and if so, how does that inform your sketches?
Thank you so very much for your kind question. Most of the sketches are from memory or imagination, I simply follow the shape of the canvas and try to fit the composition in there. Also, I try to keep it to the simplest because i really don't want people watching to feel intimidated by complex concepts or techniques. But sure we can create a whole video just to tackle that particular topic that is, as you well pointed out, the very base to whatever will be represented on the composition. Thank you once again
i love how all of them turned out. thanks for breaking it down & having so many examples. this was truly inspiring, i'm ready to get started! i'm now subscribed -- so keep up the great work! 😻😻😻😻😻 5/5
Thank you for your educational video, really great and helpful 👏🏼🙏🏼 i love the dog 😊 Just one question, why are your breathing so loud? Would you mind to Turn of the volume of while not speaking? Would appreciate it very much. 😅🙏🏼
My Apologies, I noticed that after it was already on. I was still in the healing process of a very strong cold. Breathing very hard with a blocked nose. I hope it wasn't much of a bad distraction, though.
This is awesome Antonio. Do you mind if I use this video in my little art class? You just came up on my feed here in Australia, im sure you'll get a lot of new subscribers. Cheers
Thank you so very much for your kind words. And of course you can use it. My honour and pleasure. Our goal here is to spread the encouragement for art making for more and more people!🤗
Thank you for your kind question. It depends much on the specific painting. But I have consistently used: White Lemon yellow Medioun Yellow Ochre Vermilion red Carmine red Burnt Sienna Burt Umber Cerulean blue Sap green and Olive green Occasionally black I try to limit the number of colours to 4, and mix them to reach intermediates
Great tutorial! However, the big white rectangles with comments are really annoying. They interrupt the flow and make it hard to focus on the painting. The video would be much better if the comments were smaller or placed on the side or top, instead of right in the middle.
Thank you so very much for your honest criticism. English is not my first language and acknowleging that I have a strong accent I use the cards to emphasize key notes. I was not aware they were disrupting the flow. I will fix that in future videos. Thank you once again
hello thank you so much!! Why don't you design an online art course? Love to take it. Sending you love from Amsterdam and my Bully (brindel black and white 3 year old called Bonkie) and love for Tom
@@mabelstarot888 thank you so very much for your kind input and remarks on Tom🤗. Well, this channel is kinda that already. But if it grows we will add more interactions with the audience, like live exercises and other things 🤗❤️
Thank you for your honest feedback. This is intended for those who want to initiate in painting, that is why they are minimalist with emphasis on the shapes of the main subject.
I like the content except the layout of this video. Please don't put those white rectangles with the word in the middle of the process. For some people who are more visually oriented, it is extremely irritating and confusing.
