FYI, these can get really sticky, especially when the vehicle gets older. You may need a second pair of hands to slide the tail light casing out after removing the fastener plugs. Be careful as this is all plastic and will break easily if you try to force things. I really emphasize the 2nd pair of hands. It helps to get a better grip without having to use tools to pry loose that could crack the plastic or scratch paint.

    Thank you.
I had (have) water - obviously as it's the low point - in the RH reverse light, in the tailgate section .
The glue/sealant has failed somewhere around where the red/clear lens is attached to the support frame. I'll check for an entry point, but I'm sure it'll be small and the capillarity the water experiences may recur.
I just needed to get access to remove the reverse bulb, dried it out, so didn't actually remove the assembly. (Those plastic tabs have caused me problems in the past; it's MY12 so nearly 12 years old and will be brittle.)
Anyway thanks for your video, it helped greatly, gave me confidence to go forward and I got in and out without breaking anything, 🙂which I'm sure I would have done.

I have a 2014 limited and simultaneously my driver headlight went out, windshield wipers, and passenger taillight! What do I do? I checked and changed fuses and bulbs!

Thank you for this video. I do have a question the middle light “LED RUNNING LIGHT” is not working turning on or staying on. Do you know which bulb or how to fix that? Any help is much appreciated. I can’t find anywhere online or TH-cam.

it could be bad connection from the wiring harness, a fuse or a bad LED strip. Let me know if any of these suggestions help, thank you for watching!

Thank you for a short to the point video that shows me how it's in there. What a stupid, cheap, plastic, disposable design. Heaven forbid we spend the money on 2 screws and fasteners. So disapointing. The older the vehicle gets, the less likely this comes apart without breaking the crummy plastic fasteners or the lamp itself. Don't try and pry anything around the red reflector edge. It has 0 strength.
