    I love how you are relaxed in the beginning and as soon you start playing your body language gets ready for some music making.
    Great video as always.

    Very cool! When you play (like 4:00), do you have arpeggiated single notes in Push, or ARP device in Push, or use Moog's ARP?

    • @MilesKvndra
      @MilesKvndra  วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Unfortunately the Sub 25 doesn’t have a build in arp so I use a mix of arps coming from Ableton live and single notes that I sequenced. In this case the sequence was done without an arp.

    I wish we could see the front face of the moog and push

      Yeah, I don’t have a 2nd camera right now that is wide enough to capture both but working on it

    Great set and another great video as usually! Thanks again for the amazing content And great job on the set. Just a comment from my side, at least in the headphones it sounds as if moog is slightly loud in the mix, especially when you open the filter (which of course makes sense, since you are introducing more frequencies). I’m currently experimenting with a very similar setup, and came across the same problem. I found a suboptimal way to deal with it, by mapping a cutoff knob of the moog to the macros in Ableton, that controls a chain of limiter, saturator and a low pass EQ. So by opening filter on the moog, I slightly change the slope of the EQ of the high register, cut down output signal with the limiter, and by closing the filter, I boost the limiter, open EQ filter and do some minor saturation. This takes some time to experiment with, but it kind of sets a more natural borderline to the whole soundscape, at least to my ear☺️.
    Anyways, thanks for the video and best of luck on your upcoming show in Copenhagen. And you should definitely play in Oslo!

    That cool looping rhythm around [3:15] is that a long decay sound but with a custom filter (guessing a drawn out custom function that's looping / synced)? Loving it and want to recreate something similar. :)

      Yes, good ears! :) it’s a sustained pad sound and I’m using an envelope shaper (for which I drew in the envelope form) and this shaper is affecting the gain of the sound, which creates this nice rhythm. But that would work very nicely on a filter as well!
