Thank you so much. I agree with you. Scraping and lots of works is where the fun is 😃. We are glutens for punishment 😂🤪
Lower back and shoulder still hurts but I’m trying to work thru it.

Glad you enjoyed it! I tend to get pieces that require quite a bit of prep and so that means content to me. That’s how I have a chance to show what I know in hopes it helps someone 😉😃

That is exactly what my thoughts were Dar. The heat in Texas in the summers is extreme and this was stored in the garage at least 25 years with dust and stuff over it. The paint job baked on 😂

I’m guessing decades old enamel paint. Did you check for lead based paint? Chipping off paint has the sort of “emotional necessity” of one pulling or scraping off chipped nail polish! 😊

This is absolutely wonderful!! I love that you took it apart to fix it. I love the wallpapered drawers. I love the INSL-X primer (bees' knees). Fabulous job! But -------- I am getting palpitations looking at your Festool sanding system (LOL). I am SO tempted to invest in one, but it is so hard to sell furniture here. Anyway- beautiful work, be proud.
