It works great with android phones that have a desktop mode. The only bad bit is tilt sensing doesn't work on android, but I can live with that. I imagine it would work if they made an android driver.
@ManvmgTwo There is no normal type c port. There's a dozen standards that aren't really standard. A couple of them support video. And not all cables work with all standards. It's a clusterfuck, and you have to find out what your device supports.
This XP-Pen model is defective. In certain computers, it suffers from USB port overheating and stops working. Even if you send the tablet back to the factory by using the product warranty to get it fixed, it ends up having the same problem some months later. Buy another product, even if it is more expensive, it will end up getting cheaper than getting the thing repaired over and over again. Many users are reporting this issue, and it doesn't have a solution.
So, after I connect it to the laptop to install drivers, it just shows me the laptop's desktop screen, I don't know how you're getting the display screen. Your vid just shows you plug it up, then cuts to the display showing but didnt show what you did to see it
Good review, however you didn't mention if can be used in a 180 degree mode or flipped, as I am left-handed and require the "quick-keys to be located on the right-side of the tablet
Would this be ok as a beginners tablet? I’ve not done digital art before and want to give it a try. As it’s portable I thought this might work . I won’t be using it for professional drawings, just for fun.
I have this drawing tablet and I've plugged it in all the ways to my new laptop and it still says no signal, I've tried contacting support but idk what to do :[ could you help please ?
Does anyone know where I can find a review of this tab that connects to a phone? I have a second job where i can't bring my laptop so I'm using a phone most of the time to draw especially when I'm on lunch break and I can't decide if this tab is worth the price.
I saw the ads said can be connect to phone, and instant bought. Just then i read the guidelines it support android with usb type c 3.1 and dp 1.2 (im having trouble to search what phone brand). Im sad because it's not compatible to my realme x3 Superzoom 😭😭
hello, what you actually need is a phone that has a compatibility with OTG, which is the adapter that you're going to conect to the phone Also if you go and look into the website, there's this tiny part in the descriptions in all the feaatures of the tablet that says tyce c3.1 and dp 1.2, and that is underlined, if you click in there, a floating windown will show and all the compatible phones(brands and versions) will be visible i will let paste that list down here, but you also can keep looking for other that are OTG compatible, cause there are other compatible that are not shown in the list that the website has HUAWEI Mate 10Samsung Galaxy A90 5G HUAWEI Mate 10 ProSamsung Galaxy Note8 HUAWEI Mate 20Samsung Galaxy Note9 HUAWEI Mate 20 ProSamsung Galaxy Note10 HUAWEI Mate 20 XSamsung Galaxy Note10+ 5G HUAWEI Mate 30 ProSamsung Galaxy S8 HUAWEI Mate 40Samsung Galaxy S8+ HUAWEI Mate 40 proSamsung Galaxy S9 HUAWEI Mate 30E Pro 5GSamsung Galaxy S9+ HUAWEI P30Samsung Galaxy S10 HUAWEI P30 ProSamsung Galaxy S20 HUAWEI P40Samsung Galaxy S20+ HUAWEI P40 ProSamsung Galaxy S10 e HUAWEI P40 Pro+Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G Honor V20Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G Honor 30 Pro+Samsung Galaxy S10+
I don't have the option "Display Settings", instead it's removed. I clicked everywhere, I can't find a way to change my screen brightness, and it's really way too bright for me :( Has anybody got the same problem?
I was under the impression you could use this without having to plug it into a computer. But that's not the case is it? what a waste of f****ing 200 dollars
if you wanted a Standalone tablet, a good option and the cheapest you can get is the Samsung tab S6 lite 2022 edition, if you already have a laptop lying around, this is a pretty solid option if you're on a budget.
Once again I found myself looking at ur reviews!
Very informative video and extremely helpful!

does it work for ios too
@@sequoia5934 I don't think so, not for iPhone. Maybe tablets?
Does it work with normal type c port? Or it should be thunderbolt type c?

I have a question. Would it affect parallax effect if it has a protective film? would you recommend having a protective film?

Windows key + P and change from Mirror to Extend.

So I have problems getting the screen working, I tried all the cables that came with the device, but none of them work
One thing I super hate it's screen cursor and pen tip quite wrong position. When I draw that pen tip eclipse brushstrokes. Hope XP Pen fix it soon!
Can this work without a laptop?
Can I install more autorun apps?

So it only mirrors the screen? Disappointing :< I was looking for one that acts as extended 2nd screen
it does, if you set it up correctly
I have a question, does it have a delay when drawing with it? or is it fast and instant like the wacom intuos?
Look at 4:27
I don't have the option "Display Settings", instead it's removed. I clicked everywhere, I can't find a way to change my screen brightness, and it's really way too bright for me :( Has anybody got the same problem?
there’s two buttons beside the power button to turn the brightness up and down
Does it work in any android? Or samsung and Huawei only?
To work properly, it needs a desktop mode. You may be able to dig that out of developer settings in some other phones.
XP pen sponser me 😂😂😂 this tablet is really cutie
pero dibuja algo al menos

You clearly didn't buy it otherwise you'd know you could use your phone.
