    The mozzarella twist is actually not too uncommon. American cheese or other sorts of melty cheeses are found in quick ramen hacks or korean ramen dishes. Just makes the broth thicker and creamier.

      @kidyuki1 ปีที่แล้ว +24

      Right? i was immediately thinking why would mozzarella be in the weird ingredients if you see cheese in ramen so often

    • @sweetysavvy
      @sweetysavvy ปีที่แล้ว

      They don't use the fresh kind, like the mozzarella used here, which melts in a stringy sort of way that is not great in a broth. It's usually processed cheese that's used in Korean ramen, coz processed cheeses have certain ingredients that make it melt differently and make the broth thicker.

    This recipe got me through some rough times in school. And I still love it to this day. It costs around 30 bucks for everything and will easily feed you for 2 weeks.
    1 large green onion stalk sliced(use 2 of there small), 1 clove of garlic minced, 1 chunk of ginger minced (roughly the size of your garlic clove) boil these in your water before you add the noodles, this will greatly amp up the flavor of your ramen.
    For toppings, you wanna slice up the greens of your green onion, soft boil an egg(roughly 6 min boil), and fry up a couple slices of bacon. Add a drizzle of soy sauce, and a cap of sesame oil to your bowl before pouring in the broth and noodles, top with the toppings and BOOM you got the best damn ramen bowl you can get at home. With only 15 ish mins of cook time.
    I usually use pork ramen, hence the bacon, but you can use whatever ramen you want.
    I should specify that I have a gas stove, so cook times may vary depending on how long it takes for things to reach a boil.

    Better help is being sued by the FTC for selling private medical and personal information. I'd recommend finding a better sponsor. I'm sure the therapists and low level employees at Better Help just want to improve their users' mental health, but selling medical information is *very* illegal for a very good reason.

    A small blob of mozerella on top of ramen can work
    See korean army stew that sorted did for example

    Actually my two favorite cooking channels. I mean, Alex naturally speaks for himself, but Sorted made a paella burrito so they are automatically number 1.

    Remember, better help does not require their employees to have any sort of therapist certification or training, meaning there is absolutely no way to determine if you're talking to someone who has actually been trained. In addition, it's been shown that they're pretty shitty about how they treat their workers.
