Quilt-Cam! 3/21/2018

It was a Snow Day Sew Day in Wallburg, NC and we worked in a Quilt-Cam in the afternoon to celebrate. I'm working on piecing a backing for this year's Checkerboard Rails Leader & Ender Challenge quilt. My machine is a 1950s "Southern Pride" Made in Japan. What's under your needle?

Loved that you showed us some possible pieced backing fabrics. Could you please write a book and have videos explaining your process? I love pieced backs but freeze up when I try to make them. Thanks for all of your information!

LOL, I let my battery run out and check my phone once a week. I tell everybody i don't use my phone so they call my hubby if it's really important. But I noticed I got three calls from two of my brothers that live locally. I quick called my 91 yr old mom being sure something must have happened. Nope, they were calling to wish me happy birthday. First time in 59 years that happened. No go on facebook. Thats all data tracking.

I leave my computer in the other floor in my house while i am in another floor sewing and quilting. (i have very simple cellular so no problem there), so at the morning, i scan everything to see if there is something super important (never) , and in the evening too. (never as well ;) ) happy easter!
