just a theory, I think the reason bin 1 is on the back, its so that it's the first bin to unload, so if you don't unload the full trailer at once you're taking the weight of the trailer tandems, so you keep the remaining weight on your drives. your drives should be the last bin to unload.
How cool racing seats 40 years from now you will be showing your grandkids all the fun times.

Dougo is the best. You guys spend so much money on equipment and they seem to be in a constant state of breakdown or repair.

Sliding the fifth wheel plate with the landing gear down makes it way easier to slide. Take some pressure off the plate.
If you don’t drop the landing gear to slide the fifth wheel you can twist your drive line and that won’t be pretty .
4 hrs and still sane afterwards! Thanks for feeding America! Hopefully dries up sooner, Dougo is an inspiration to us all!

It sure is. Worked with KBH tender trailers and they did the job but this one looks so much better.
My uncles #1 rule to all his truck drivers is if it starts in the morning don’t shut it off until you get back to the shop at the end of the day. 😂😂 good rule to follow dougo. I’m glad he’s not the only one who does that

We have a Paccar MX-13 in one of our trucks as well and our turbo actuator went bad too
I’m thinking of opening a shop by you all. I’m a cununk at heart. As an all around old farm guy. I think I can make a few bucks fixing your guys stuff. O and here comes the rain 🌧️
Chad over the last couple of months I’ve been doing research and the European and Canadian diesel fuel because I was told they were running additives and we are not here in the states. They are running helps with lubrication of the fuel delivery system. It helps with the EGR valve And the carbon buildup on the intake valves because of the EGR valve it helps with the build up carbon and the turbo chargers and the DPF filter works a lot better with these additives. I’ve actually looked at some farmers in Canada and in Europe they put injectors on their diesel pumps and they buy in those 250 gallon totes And your pump fuel additive and your diesel fuel. I just think it would be something worthwhile to you to look at for your big trucks and your tractors because this ultra low for fuel has no lubrication ability. That’s why you have injector and pump problems and this stuff is actually made for thatbeing so close you are to the Canadian border. It would be easy for you to look into this. It would probably save you a lot of maintenance down the road, Grace and peace.

Hey chet. If you would go to where you park all your semi trailer. It would work well for your farm equipment. Dig a hole like 3 ft wide and 4 ft deep and however long you need it and fill it with concrete. Then you would need to use anymore and in the winter you can take the bobcat to clean it off.

I wish that guy luck pulling that roller on those tires that far. I have some implement rims with 3/4 ton truck tires on them for hauling equiptment long distances like that. Saves a lot of headache and burning up those field tires on pavement
Good luck with that Koehler motor with the oil filter on top of motor. All the oil runs down the engine.

Sometimes you can put in a little ATF in the release cylinder through the air hose and it will bring it back to life for a little while if you don't use it often.

That is a common problem with the holset turbos on the isx15 the turbos themselves are good but the actuators were bad

Try using a heat gun to get the sticky stuff off the fenders.

Carry paper clips in these newer junk sensor semi and find the sensor and jump the plug...and no more dinging!!!

Your air cylinder is probably fine, normally they get to much pressure on them and you just but you landing gear down and dump your air and you can normally wiggle it and have it move again
We have both of our sons 1st bicycle hanging on the wall for them to hand it down whenever they choose to one is a 1996 and second one is a 1997
You need to talk them in letting you go through their manufacturing plant.
