I suppose normal refills are at normal sea level pressure, like drinks cans. And if you live in the high Alps, drinks cans explode when you open them. So every refill is like this one if you live up there.
About the same pressure as a normal Parker refill. However because the ink is a different consistency you may find that you put additional pressure to get the ink flowing again. The ink does seem to coagulate a lot at the ball tip if the refill has not been used in a while.
The Space Pen refill will fit any pen that can take a G2 refill with the included plastic adapter.

Normal refills aren't usually sealed off though. I don't think they can pressurize at any altitude...
