How the factions approached the question of creating a superweapon.
Alliance: some very technological weather or time control devices, pretty good at destroying everything in the radius of destruction.
China and Japan: incredibly technically devices units control and destuction structures or wave very high power, cripling or destroing all in big radius.
Soviets and their allies: good, old nuclear missiles, merciless to all on half or whole map. :D
Allies have literally harnessed the power of infinity stones to control time and space and still lost to nukes 😆

Some of old weapons are back! And they are more devastating than before! That's awesome. I have to admid this nuclear multi warheads impressed me really. It just anhiliated every foes in the map. Cool.
Actually,the multi-warhead nukes has some sort of cloning stuff that the number of warheads match how many enemy buildings are.

Correct me if I'm mistaken with my observations here:
The Zeus Weather Control Device not only unleash a Lightning Storm attack that decimates Construction Yards with ease, but unleashes Cryogeddon Attack on other targets near its attack area
The modified Sigma Harmonizer Proton Collider, fires a single shot of chronal energy that stops the natural movement of the time-space continuum on the targeted area, thus allowing friendly units to strike down targets caught in its blast
The Imperial Psychic Dominator combines Yuri Prime's Absolute Psychic Domination and the Empire of the Rising Sun's Psionic Decimator attack, in which surviving enemy units caught in its blast will be nothing but mindless slaves to Yuri, er... Yuriko or the Empire bending to their will
The Empire's Eye of Tenkei Attack from its Tenkei Mothership, fires what appears to be- a combined Omega Shockwave [Shogun Executioner Special Ability] and God's Breath Device Energy Cannon Strike [Giga Fortress Aerial Mode Attack Ability], whose energy uplink may be linked to the Empire's own Orbital Defense Network OR it's Device has a built in charged energy absorber, which focuses all of its energy and points it directly on the surface- then unleashes a devastating energy shockwave that spares neither infantry nor mobile armor divisions as well as lightly armored structures, before the Tenkei finishes the remaining enemy units and structures with its Wave Force Tricannons and multiple battle cannons and missile launchers
The Xuanyuan Halberd of the Scarlet Crescent [more like the Celestial Empire predecessor of Soviet China] unleashes a flurry of Nuclear Missiles [guised as Soviet V4 Multiwarhead use Rockets] launched from a modified Vacuum Imploder Silo] that can decimate an entire enemy base OR strike multiple bases in one strike [This needs further improvement as the silo can only launch one missile and not a barrage in reality and original gameplay wise- perhaps a Superheavy ICBM Unit can carry those warheads and strike multiple specific targets without hitting you own base with it...]
And finally: The Soviets' Science Mod-class Nuclear Missile can be launched from a regular Vacuum Imploder Silo and decimate entire bases or cities on a wider scale and range in just one shot...
PERHAPS: The Soviets have perfected their "BEYOND" 50- Megaton Thermonuclear Warhead and have found a way to miniaturize it and be launched by conventional ICBMs...
All these Ultimate Weapon has 10 min charge rate, and can build multiple of them. However, they are all nearly five-digit expensive and consume considerable amounts of power. You are unlikely to see one get done in PVP scenario, even less so to see one launched.
Soviet/KGB's Tactical Nuke Silo Ultimate payload decimate their tageted area, altered large portion of the impacted ground, creating mapwide EMP that disable building and vehicle(instakill aircraft), and lingering radiation that banned infantry for most faction(those have resistance for it move quite painfully slow by now), as they are the only faction with iron curtain that shield units from the blast, it would be wise to use it on your armor platoon, or else they rise of having pilot killed.
Allied/HawkEye's Sigma Harmonizer send something-something(insert neutron-ray jargons here) that disrupt time-space continuum and enemy's battlefield control system, rendering all non-allied structure and units disabled. Enemy commander would be in helpless position for 3 minutes and 10 second...that is, if Allied commander's forces let them survived. And yes, you can keep enemy forever lost in time by setting up 4 Harmonizers.
Empire/Kagerou's Psychic Dominator mind control map wide enemy non-flying units to caster's faction, and release a damaging decimate wave at designated position. At very least, it will control all enemy harvester...It's also the fastest Ultimate weapon can be built due to Empire's nano core mechanic.
As for those unique subfaction...
Nemesis's Weather control device, in current version, once-built, will add rain shader to battlefield. But more than that, occasional lighting will struck at random position, more frequently near the device. Once released, it will create a controllable lighting storm that not only struct frequently in wide area, but also accumulating large amount of cryo effect within that area. It's common scene that enemy structures frozen yet the lighting seems never struck at right place. This cryo effect also will freeze air unit within it's vicinity, while the lighting won't damage friendly unit, allies within the cryo zone will get frozen. Controlled storm will last for 120 seconds, then it slowly dissipate.
Scarlet Crescent(A more PRC-stereotype instead of Dynasties amalgamation called Celestial Empire)'s Xuanyuan Halberd scanned whole area(so large you can usually say it's map wide), locate each and every enemy structure(including defensive towers), then send a MIRV that splits that amount of missiles at each and every last one of them. Since it can also get speeded up by SC's superweapon support, it is the fasteset one can be fired...except Tenkei's Eye.
Tenkei's Eye is a joke. Compare to all other faction's UW, it has smallest radius, limited to Mothership, require tedious process to have access...ok , actually most problem ties to mothership and that faction's mechanic. But it still can wipe large area around mothership, and fires almost as fast as superweapon. The faction is that confident that their regular forces/tactic, they need no ultimatum to win.

after you play it it not that OP VS bot but if fight with player (That cant spam like bot) it will see the result but still if Tenkei mothership destroy it gone forever that mean no more construction (and it very OP if you close super weapon because this only faction that still can use it)

Nope, even if your units are in the radius, they won't get frozen. Another thing to note, it doesn't only effect the radius, it effects the entire MAP. Any enemy unit on the map will be frozen.
