Beating inmates and saving doctors! - Batman Arkham Asylum Part 3

In this episode, Batman decides enough is enough and starts critically injuring patients. I'm convinced at least one inmate in this video is never going to walk again. But if that's what it takes to stop Joker, then that's what it takes!
