@@SaiKiran-gi5pgthat aint a good thing. Our high court grant the permission to modify but its the supreme court which overdraw the bail. So the restriction is supposed to be followed by the whole country. Being a literate state this is normal until the law changes. MVD is just following thier rules. I even own a moded vehicle, so if they caught me i will pay the penalty then back to mods and move on hiding from them and it goes on like this. This is the reality.
@@SaiKiran-gi5pg As a car guy I accept this is a decoration by adding so much of cheap stuff in the car and not to be said as a good modification in my view. And i m sure this will be how our people think.

In my view tamil culture of modification is like adding bullbar's. Vulgar bricked number board sometime red font in between. Adding maximum chrome elements. Stickers, Cooling papers on head lambs and tails which make car more vulgar with all this elements.
I cant say that cheap stuffs are always bad, whatever addition we do we have to do it wisely. Wheather it is cheap or costly. And the ciaz is a mix of all together
@@SaiKiran-gi5pg i have also seen some TN cars modified wisely. Like the black swift which faisal khan done a video on it. A polo modified as R line. I dont say every tamil people have done it badly.
