Hey Dhiraj, Need an opinion about this car, please see if you can help. Today everybody is getting crazy about compact suv so what made you think that Ciaz at this time is still a VFM car? I have already booked Brezza LXI on 5th Sep but still there isn't any scope of getting the car in 2022 as confirmed by the dealer, I thought of buying the LXI variant and then getting the accessories retrofitted later on..In the meantime I don't know why I am getting more inclined towards CIAZ ZETA as it has everything like Cruise Control, height adjustable seat, camera, touchscreen, led projector headlights and led taillights + auto ac + the same brezza engine...I stay in Noida so the drive would be completely in city and rarely on highways..would you like to share some light whether I should go with Brezza 2022 or Ciaz Zeta? I mean is Ciaz worth buying this time?
For City riding and Highway, Ciaz is very good option with good fuel efficiency.. it has special feature called Smart Hybrid (as shown in the video).. All other features are good.. The only problem (if u think) is that ciaz is an old car and new model will hopefully come next year ( with higher price)... For driving- itz very smooth, for seating- itz very comfortable For Safety- 4 star I was also looking for C-suv first, but after looking at this car i decided to purchase it quickly.. Because of 4 reasons- i) Top model with 12.50 Lakh (on road) only with all features.. ii) I found it very smooth in Test Drive.. iii) No bad review from current users.. iv) The Car was ready to be delivered I think u can go with Ciaz. If you are not getting Brezza this year then should go with Ciaz. You will love this car unless you are a C-Suv crazy lover..
Now using 2019 Delta version, crossed 40000 kms. Pros. 16 kmpl in Mumbai traffic. Easy maintenance and cheaper spares as compared to city or verma. Huge space. Aerodynamic and stable at 120 kmph. Silent engine Cons. Too much cabin noise due to thin flooring not insulating tyre noise. Poor headlights, had to upgrade to LED by shelling extra bucks. Reverse gearing is a lottery. Overall highly recommended.
I agree with you about the headlights I have also replaced the stock 55w bulbs with 80w bulbs but the performance is not satisfactory. What should I do to enhance performance
@@jaku4554 What you have replaced is the same old halogen bulbs which does not improve much. I suggest you to go for OSRAM/A-CLASS 5000 Lumens LED white light for compact reflector headlights for your Ciaz. For the Projector Headlights go for MAXXLINK R4 11000 Lumens. This LED lights emit warm white light (with a yellowish hue) which is very useful in foggy conditions and heavy downpours. For your fog lamps you can use dual LED projectors from AUTOPOWERX/OTOROYS, so that you an use both in normal conditions (in white mode) and foggy and rainy conditions (in yellow mode).

Everything about the CIAZ is great. My brother and I both have one each. However, I was very happy that we bought the pre-facelift versions as I am not sure about the cost of the lithium-ion battery for the mild-hybrid, when it comes up for a change. For our running routes, the engine START-STOP would be a waste anyway. Without this feature, we too get an average mileage of around 18 kmpl.

Reverse gear in the Ciaz is causing me the same problem as well. By switching to first gear and then switching back to reverse gear when it struck with reverse gear, I was able to make the situation smooth. In my old Nissan Sunny, I also experience the same problem. The trick is effective above.

If i drive 120kmph than i get around 21-22kmpl.
So pretty much satisfied with overall performance of my car
One thing to point out is the interior build quality is not good after 4 yrs of driv8ng the rattling noise was quite prominent from everywhere. But it can be fixed by damping
Major parts which i had to replaced or get serviced is
Clutch and suspension work at 120k kms
Timing chain at 150k kms
And Alternator at 110k kms
Got an issue with radiator fan which was broken on mid highway around 100k kms so i got it replaced
my engine overheated abit but luckily i got my car home with caution had to stop the car 2 times to cool the engine down.
But it could be an isolated issue i faced
No damage to engine as such. It was a stand alone incident which troubled me in mid highway.
Rest everything is fine
I suggest to get your car serviced around 9k to run everything smoothly
And get your coolant flushed and egr/manifold cleaning at around 30k-35k kms.
Keep these little things in mind and run your car for 250k kms without any issues. 😊👌
We have a ciaz delta 2018.we upgraded from celerio 2015 that we still have. The ciaz has clocked 93k+ kms without any issue and breakdown its perfect in every aspect the suspension, the quality the fit and finish, the engine performance i felt weak when i drove it for the first time i thought it would have pickup like rocket as it is 1.5l but now i know how to use this gentle beast maruti has perfectly tuned it for mileage and performance i won’t lie about its performance its good but not that peppy ..it costed around 9.50lakh on road and its worth every penny the only things i miss in the delta is folding orvms, touchscreen infotainment. Maruti should have provided it. Rest everything is good. And the experience with service centre is also good its periodic service costs always 5k not more than that and the service centre guys takes care of it like its their own car.
Hi brother.. I am dipak ahir.. need your suggestion
I am looking for ciaz..
Ciaz 2017 Zeta diesel 1.3
And ciaz 2018 petrol with cng
Both same running 70k kilometres
Which one is better kindly suggest
Both are
@@dipaknandaniya4217 depends on your running if your car runs 10k plus in a year go for diesel if not petrol. It will be cheaper in the long run.
@@ritikahir1360 brother ak diesel he or dusri me cng fit.. meri running 10 k plus bhi he.... But ak 2017 old shape he and second petrol new shape he.. average dono 24- 25 ki he... suggest..
Apke pas diesel he ya petrol and mileage?
@@dipaknandaniya4217 bruh diesel will be best for you petrol wont be easy on pocket so thats why don’t go for cars appearance go for your purpose kf buying and running .
Does it make irritating sounds over bad roads? How about ertiga in terms of ride comfort
Meri ciaz 1.3l diesel 2017 hai, 103000km chal chuki hai abhi tak service k elawa koi kam nahi hua... best car.....
Maruti cars are very reliable, I have celerio 2018 vxi Amt , 53000 km ran till today no problem till now.
Baught ciaz alpha in 21 going smooth run now 65K. Only money minting service centre's are matter of some more attention, going to open market service centre avails relief, new buyers should avoid extended warranty on both car and Battery it's a trap to exploit you at the time of service. Car is in the market for more than 12 years has no manufacturing defects.
Reverse gear ka sahi bol rahe ho , meri ciaz me bhi same problems Hui hai , phir service waalo ne same chizein Kari 😅😂 . Kabhi software issue kabhi wiring issue.
Maine 2015 me zxi+ liya tha 2023 tak chalaya kabhi ciaz ne naraj nahi kiya maruti ki behtarin car👌👌👌👌👌👌
I have a Ciaz 2017 Zdi+ Diesel
Currently clocked over 170k kms
I truly miss the diesel option in the ciaz now

Reverse gear in the Ciaz is causing me the same problem as well. By switching to first gear and then switching back to reverse gear when it struck with reverse gear, I was able to make the situation smooth. In my old Nissan Sunny, I also experience the same problem. The trick is effective above.
I have a 2015 VDI+ model with 140000 kms driven, not a single issue from engine side nor from suspension and still gives average of 20kmpl in city and 22+ on highways.. Ciaz is simply reliable..
Dude,i got an offer of ciaz 2018 segma model , dr. driven 45000km approx ,car is good ,cost he asked 520000
What you suggest
Hassle free reverse gear first put vehicle in neutral then 3rd gear position and then reverse it Wii not stuck
How is the interior fit and finish of Ciaz. Does it start giving you rattling noises inside the cabin after 15k Kms. What is your review on the plastic used in the doors inside.
Nice video bro, best no nonsense car under 15 lacs❤
Thanks a ton
My ciaz drive 123000km diesel
Best veriyant
I have also same problem in ciaz diesel reverse gear stucks
This reverse gear prb is in every maruti car. Every model every batch

Very detailed and informative review. Your videos are so lively and fun to watch, I couldn't skip a second! 😅 Keep it up with such amazing content bro. 🧡😎
The place looks very green and undisturbed. I liked the surroundings in this review.
should I buy 2018 Ciaz Alpha AT or 2021 iMT i20 Sportz ?
Irrespective of next, maruti support is always greay
Sir I too have this car for Reverse... u have to take it forward ... 1 feet with 1st gear... n immediately put reverse gear... then it works perfectly

Aap galti mat krna ciaz laike
Alto mein bhi back gear shifting mein ye problem aati hain
Back gear agr fase to halka aage kr liya kro first gear mein or dalan pr ho to back clutch pr halki fir engaged ho jayga
Very much narrative review. Both are honestly discussed. But perhaps you have missed to mentioned total dimension of this car.
Whivh battery would be best for ciaz petrol 2017? Can i go for 45 amp battery instead of 35amp?
Sir Maruti Suzuki me khadi gadi me back gear ka problem aata hehi, eska ik hii solution he jb bhi back gear nahi lage ik baar me too 1st gear me 1 - 2 inch forward lelo then back gear 1 attempt me lag jyega.
Sir does this have rolling code engine mobilizer or fixed code engine mobilizer.
Now using 2016 vdi plus, crossed 2.5 lack kms,20 millage in traffic and NH millage in 25 kmpl

Thankyou 👍
Is ciaz worth buying in 2024? I am big fan of this car but only concern is that company may discontinue the same since the sales no are very
Absolutely base model worth it
Which place? What a place, awesome, everywhere green, so much greenery and nice road, trees planted very Nice.

I've 2018 nov top model , best decision as per the budget & VFM. Even my Ciaz as the same reverse gear issue but it's very minor issue.
Once I also had this reverse gear issue in my 2016 ciaz vxi.

Hello Sir,
I purchased Ciaz in October 2022. The car is very good and comfortable. Starting mein milaage on Highway 20 to 21 diya and city mein 18 to 19 de rahi thi. Par May 2024 mein third servicing kiya to mileage kam ho gaya hai city mein 14 to 15.4 de rahi hai. Bhuat jyada difference hai. I am driving the car smoothly always. I always keep car below 2 RPM. Could you please suggests me how to increase the mileage.
Change the spark plug & clean the oxygen sensor
As of today for the same price of Ciaz just close your eyes and go for City 4th gen....
Even though it will be discontinued next year, it's an evergreen sedan just like an evergreen crossover which is EcoSport
Don't even consider Ciaz 😂
City makes lot of noise at higher rpm. Suspension of city also poor.
@@vijaydesai6381 that's a sporty one not like Maruti which feels like it's crying for help 😂😂
Yes City's suspension is poor 🤣🤣🤣🤣
That's why it's the most comfortable sedan/car under 20 lks
@@vijuvlogs I am fade up of driving City. I realised the Ciaz drive quality when I drove my friends car. City harps .

Im interested because despite its age it looks like a highway air cutter and serious value for money. Everything else i can get from karol bagh.

Petrol engine is not powerful. Car is comfortable to ride. Spacious.
Planning to buy
Only No-Go is only two airbags even in top model.
Absolutely
wo reverse gear wali problem true hai bro. mene brezza me experience kra hai same. sometimes its smooth but sometimes it doest get into reverse

Good thing is 4 star safey 👍
Reverse gear ki problem to maruti ke sabhi engine me he iska koi solution nhi mil rha

I love everything about this car except the under thigh support of front seats.. wonder why they are so small!
35 kilometer cracked me up big time.. 🤣🤣
Very nice price is high
I have 2016 Ciaz Vxi and in oct 2022 I have purchased 2nd Ciaz alpha AT.
Review on 4 speed AT
@@arihantchordia7197 sure 👍
As I have ciaz in both transmission I would suggest you go with manual one until and unless maruti comes up with 6speed at as in brezza , ertiga, etc because at higher speed NVH levels are high compared to manual but it is good for city condition.
18:21 honda city v 13lakh ki thi on road 12lakh ki nhi. Main 2021 ki baat kar raha hoon
