    It is a Kurdish coffee, we call it Qazwan which is Pistacia in English & Battim in Arabic.

    In Kurdistan, we also make a stew with Pebbles called Pebbles Stew (Avka Kezwana) in Kurdish Language

    I love this coffee ، in iraq there are many names for it in nourth its kazwan & chokchok narmah in middle its name (Green bean)
    In south its name (bnk)

      @@foreignfamilykitchen1667 it's right this month it is harvestedin kurdistan in Erbil & Sulaymaniyah & Dohuk Next month they are harvested in iraq in Baghdad & salah el den & Kirkuk & diyala& Babil & Anbar and next month they are harvested in Basra, Samawah, southwestern Iran, and in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

    I Love Pistacia we have tow type we called ( Kazan & Bemik ) Kazan is the big one and smal one we called Bemik, I eat them every day. Kurdistan is reach with pistacia

      It's Pistacia trebinthus native to southeastern Turkey and some parts of northern Syria. It's known as menengiç in Turkish and bıttım in Kurdish.
