I love it that you go to the elementary school and help the children who need it. Ten months ago my 16 year old grandson died very suddenly. He has a 7 year old brother who was able to meet with a counselor at the school at least once a week. It was so helpful for him to see her. Thanks for all you do. I love your videos, your choices, your laugh and of course your bloopers!! ❤️
I have a good friend who is a full time therapist/counselor at a grade school, she helps these children so much. I’m so sorry to hear about your grandson passing, I can’t imagine how hard that must be. Glad your younger guy is getting some assistance.
Sending some love your way regarding your grandson. I am so glad you found grief support. I worked for Hospice for 10 years coordinating the children's bereavement program. You might like my other channel The Grateful Therapist. I have several videos on grief. I hope they might help you and your family. xoox Quenby
I think the sweater with the big loop, the bottom of the other side goes thru the loop, you can then add a brooch to add a little sparkle. I am not sure, but that is what came to mind
I too love selling linens. I accidentally mailed the wrong package to a buyer and she messaged me that she got a bunch of "rags" instead of her shoes. I gasped when she called them rags!! "Those are fine linens ma'am!!"😂😂😂 I loved the random bag of goodies you purchased for 3 bucks.
I use a yard stick to do most measurements, and tape for longer lengths. The yard stick is a time saver. I also take a picture of the item on the scale.
Awesome haul! I take pictures as I measure, jeans/pants get 6 measurements and shirts get 5. I also type out the measurements in my listing. It takes extra time, but I think it's helping to keep my returns down. 🦋
I am taking pics and listing my purses now...Vintage Coach, Dooney, Patricia Nash, Myra, etc., I find Hobo often and LOVE it! I use their leather wax to condition my pieces before listing. Love learning from you! I have my own TH-cam thrifting channel with my hauls because you inspired me to start one!
"Is that a skull graphic?! Scary!" lol...I laughed out loud at work. I love shopping with you Quenby, you've taught me so much! I got a vintage Coach at a garage sale the other day for $5 and some Tony Lama work boots for $5 too!
PS Nocona is a popular western brand:) Ariat, Nocona, Roper, Montana West, Cruel Girl, Wrangler, Laredo, Double H, Lucchese, Justin, Tony Lama, Old Gringo, Tecovas, Stetson, Dan Post, Scully, Smoky Mountain, Rocky, Twisted X, Corral, Shyanne, Montana Silversmiths, Cowgirl Hardware, Idyllwind, Rock & Roll Cowgirl, Ranch Dress'n, Outback, Myra, Silver, Tin Haul, all great western brands, and since Posh Fest is in Nashville this year--super easy to sell!
Glad I could make you laugh. I know I can be ridiculous ha ha ha. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge of western brands. I am not very familiar because we don't have a lot of that here. Ariat I have done well with but I don't find it a lot. xoQ
I take pictures of the measurements but don't always post the pics with the listings; I usually use them to write the measurements in the listings because you might see a rug or a foot in the pic. lol.

I might try looking at the linens, since your Tommy Bahama blanket did so well! Thanks so much for taking the time to share your videos of educating, entertaining and inspiring the reseller community! Appreciate you!❤
Great finds again. I can just bet that you are a fun psycho therapist, although I’m sure it can be also challenging and heart breaking. I know you are the best at it. Everyone’s struggle is different. It takes a very special person to do what you do. Thank you for all you do.
Gosh that is very kind of you to say. Thank you ❤️ being a therapist is definitely my calling. Reselling and thrifting is a great balance. Thank you ❤️

oh shoot, I listed that Anu scarf too low because I didn't do my research and it sold for $22 immediately. Oh well, live and learn right? Thanks for helping us all out in the comments xo Quenby
Fun to watch and love that you work with kiddos and therapy!! Sure would have been nice when I was in school in Charlotte, NC in mid-fifth grade following a move from Lakewood, CA due to my Dad being transferred with McDonald-Douglas Aeronautical Company. Seriously had to learn a new language because I’d never heard many of the words used with that southern drawl and I was TOTALLY LOST when my teacher was talking about finding “ole in the soul!” 😩REALLY?? Ole to me was slang for OLD! Soul was that part of one’s “being” that went to Heaven when they died!! The teacher was talking about finding “O-I-L” in the “S-O-I-L!” 👏🙄😂 Just a bit of “nonsense” from way back in the day!! Hope you enjoyed!! Your hubby was adorable when placed on the spot regarding your “sun hat!”☺️ Aside from it being dark and potentially warmer than a lighter color in the sun, I found it quite becoming!! Enjoyed getting acquainted!! I’m now in FL, via a marriage to a Navy fellow and moves from Orlando, FL to Kings Bay, GA, back to Orlando, then to San Diego, CA, followed by Iwakuni, Japan, then Great Lakes, IL and after our longest stay, 17 years, we made it back to FL, Titusville where we can watch the rockets lift off from our living room window!! Hi Quenby the sweater thing with the large loop in front is to cross the two "drappy things"...like a scarf :-). It's easier for us to look at you and see it, than for you to look down to see it. Ok back to listing...am listing some figs scrubs...oh by the way these had bad BO on them. I washed, barely better...soaked overnight in Vinegar, rinsed overnight, then re-washed...one almost gone the other still can whiff it. I hate that BO Ugh. It was one of those I kinda noticed but in a hurry, checked out and figured well I'll wash it. Any hints about removing odors like that? And one bra that stinks like perfume. Washed 2X, better but still ...(I have a good nose LOL). Any tips hints about getting rid of smells I'd appreciate.
I'd love to hear people's answers on this but I use unscented oxyclean or lightly scented natural brand color safe oxygen bleach, I've heard it attaches to organic matter and washes it away, so it's good for BO (don't use it on silk/wool).
@@nnuggit Hi, Thanks for answering! Yes I usually add Oxyclean to laundry too, but not a lot as I am cautious with it. I agree not on natural fabrics like silk or wool. I totally take pics of the measurements so much faster. I do the listing first, take the pics, fold it up, take it to the desk. Upload photos and weigh it. How much are your bins? I havent benen to the bins in a few months and went to the bins yesterday i was surprised it went up so much from 1.50 to i think it was 2.50

I feel if you add measurements with your description, they should not be able to return. Just my opinion. You know ebay will let anyone return anything.

Hi Amy , yes I take a picture of the whole thing. I put it over my own bed comforter and then I take photos of the print close up and all the tags etc. Thanks! Q
I will be in Hermosa Beach and Costa Mesa for 20 days. Where is the best place to go and thrift? Hoping to find some Aviator Nation we never see that in Texas!!
Great haul! That TB bed spread was very nice! How are your June sales - mine are really slow and few, never had a month this slow before!
My June sales are good BUT for most people it is summer slow down. I do better in the summer because I can work on my ebay business more. I have more time in the summer. Just keep listing, sending offers, editing listings and more sales will come.
@@TheGratefulQueen Thank you - great advice, happy productive and relaxing summer! 💐🌞❤
Yay!!!! LOVE when you post :) You made my day 🎉❤
Absolutely love your bloopers… lol!
And your comments make MY day. Love seeing you here and thank you for the positive comments! xo Q
Oh my goodness 😂 Petey is so funny
Hi Keeley? how are you? Yes, Petey is so funny, and see......he is not always nice (but he is nice most of the time, more than me hee hee hee. ) xo Q
@@TheGratefulQueen He might have meant for a Halloween costume not a witch hat which are tall and pointy.
Your husband has a point about the hat absorbing heat.
Those are daisies on the no boundaries.
Thanks for the video!
You're welcome!
How much are your bins? I havent benen to the bins in a few months and went to the bins yesterday i was surprised it went up so much from 1.50 to i think it was 2.50
My bins costs $3.49 a pound. That is a lot for the bins. As far as I know, mine are the most expensive in the country. Wow yours was only 1.50, that is so cheap and yes they raised it by a lot! Q
New subscriber....When will you be listing the items from this haul? Great video bth.
Yay!! Thank you so much for subbing. Most of it is listed. Are you looking for something in particular?
@@TheGratefulQueen thank you for the quick response . I was interested in the embroidered scarf.
@@TheGratefulQueen Hello. What platform will you be listing the scarf on?
@@TheGratefulQueen it’s the ANU scarf. I still don’t see it listed. Sorry, I don’t want to be a bug.

Never heard of Hobo?
Oh it's a really nice brand. It's "hobo international" and they make beautiful leather products.
$3.49 a pound holy moly 😮 what is Sacramento charging? 😂
I think Sac is still $1.79 a pound
Hello friend
I feel if you add measurements with your description, they should not be able to return. Just my opinion. You know ebay will let anyone return anything.
I agree, ebay will let customers return anything. I don't love it. I know it's better for the customers and that's why ebay does it but I wish they also had our backs too. 😕
Nikona is an expensive western boot company!
jeeez maybe I priced my nikona belt too low because it sold immediately. Thanks for the tip. xoQ
