Standard Combo I Try To Use: Spirit Hunt > Trap > Legacy > Nebula > Cluster > Shattering all 3 flows > Spirit Hunt > Twilight Dash > Seed+Flow > spirit blaze to finish off any stragglers. Between the two specs succession definitely feels a lot more relaxed and smooth compared to awakening, For awakening it feels like you have to be more sweaty and look at your cooldowns the whole time, the cd's are also very long in compression, I couldn't follow the standard combo i liked to use since legacy and cluster are 11 seconds+ cooldowns, This is also in a spot where i have the ap to be flexible with the combo but it still felt sweaty and had i have been in a higher HP spot like orcs I would be sitting around a lot waiting for big cool downs to be back up before I can dps them again, Succ definitely feels like it has more DPS over time capability and you're more likely to see a higher disparity in trash between the two specs in spots where the mobs are higher hp like orcs at lower ap values.
Thanks for taking the time to do a comparison between the two, when I was trying out DK I really felt that in awakening about the CDs being a bit long and making the rotation get into an awkward spot. I even tried NotTheWorst's rotation you can do infintly but there seems to be a lot more camera snapping and movement in awakening. Especially with shattering flow going into the mobs and putting you behind them sometimes.
