Used the same product with great success for the first time a few weeks ago. I flushed it backwards similar to what you did. Had the hose running through it for hours following an overnight soak but I just couldn’t get rid of the soapy bubbles. Just had to say ‘that’s enough’ in the end and put it back on the car. Worked a treat though and cheered the customer up no end. I had warned him it was one of the worst I’d seen. It was a bit of a shot to nothing to be honest but it was very satisfying when it worked. Makes me wonder if we’ll ever find one that can’t be cleaned?
Well done matt the dpf are very expensive luckily enough you where able to clear it for the customer. and you cant trust them second hand ones either. Good job
Got one of those in my shed off a Juke. Going to try to clean out in an attempt to save the customer a bit of money as she's struggling. Fingers crossed it works 😂. Nothing to lose.
It worked, it went from being so blocked that the car wouldn't start, to running with no blockage. I got the results I wanted. I also followed the instructions on the label on the bottle. How would you clean it out?

I was thinking the same thing, maybe if the internal part is deformed from overheating, although I haven't seen it happen. Cheers Matt

As you said looks like its a Good cleaner. Thanks for showing the results of this product.
It's a shame I didn't record the no start, thanks for watching

That is the same reason I tried the off car cleaner on this one, it wasn't too hard to remove it to give it a go. Thanks for watching
How much would the back pressure be at max?
You had 5bar? Sounds a bit too much.
I‘d be guessing maybe 0.2bar max, am I close?
Yes you are correct, that would be on a running engine. This one was so blocked that it wouldn't even start. Thanks for watching
Good job Matt 👍 have you seen oreilys autos working his magic with the launch gun, he’s getting some good results with it.
Yes, he certainly knows what he is doing. The launch product looks good, getting results with it on the car
Great helpful content Matt would a blocked DPF cause an extended crank on startup ? Thanks
I haven't had a long crank from a blocked dpf, only from bad glow plugs/air in the fuel/ bad cam sensor. Cheers Matt
How long you have to let wynn in it for ?
I left it over night then flushed it out
Can you activate a dpf regen via the obd2 port
If the car runs with no faults you can, I prefer not to do this. I don't like the engine running with a high rpm for so long when it's unloaded
Your not cleaning it right
