I watched this when I was a kid and it was the first time I heard the song and when I got old enough to have access to the internet I went and found the song 🤣
Adam Sandler is honestly a pretty good guy. I saw him when I was at Disneyland once at the Ice Cream Shop. He was very friendly, and despite having his own chaperone trying to stop people from meeting him, he didn't mind or anything taking pictures with guests. And after he and his family got their ice cream, he turned around by the exit and said real loud, "Good night ice cream shop! Thank you!" He was amazing to see outside of Hollywood and was just so genuine. I'll always love and respect him as an actor. ❤

Hey Leo!! Thanks for putting this up today. After such a crappy and sad day I've had, it's so good to laugh with you to make me feel better. I appreciate you bro and all the laughs you give to all of us.
What sets Adam apart from a lot of other comedic actors is he doesn't have to worry trying to please the big Hollywood producers because he owns his own production company. If you notice all of his movies are produced by Happy Madison which is his company's name.
Most actors learned that trick, long before Sandler. It started with United States v. Paramount Pictures, Inc. in 1948. Sandler is intelligent in that his production company backs movies with moderate budgets that make money.
The guy he ran into after the fight with the Opera dude is named Johnny McEnroe. He was a professional tennis player, who likes to party, and has a super bad temper lol
9:02 My Dad is a Pilot for a Private company that charters jets for wealthy people. Anyway, he's flown Adam Sandler many times and he says this scene depicts how he really is flying. Says he sings non stop and jams to music

I love how Adam usually always use the same co actors in just about all of his movies. Eg the NFL players dad was Drew Barrymores dad in 50 first date’s. Anyway loving watching your reactions everyday brother keep it up
Thanks for playing this movie. This is one of my favorite Adam Sandler movies. You should watch the movie Airheads with Brendan Fraser, Steve Buscemi and Adam Sandler
The guy he met in the bar after fighting the rich douches (Spider Man lol) is John McEnroe (calls him Johnny Mac). A tennis star in the 80's/early 90's, he's about the most exciting thing that you'll ever see on a tennis court.
If you like Adam’s movies, he’s also got an underrated movie, called “Eight Crazy Nights”. Would be good to see that reaction if it ever makes it. Love the reaction though, Mr. Video, keep them up
This one gets a like before I even watched it. It's my favorite Adam Sandler movie! Thanks for doing this one man. (Edit: the song they sing in the helicopter is "Space Oddity" by Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars, David Bowie's first group.)
No joke, there is an actual picture of Adam Sandler, in my high school yearbook! One of the girls in my drama club took a trip to LA and ended up meeting him by chance. They took a picture together and the teacher ended up asking to put it in the yearbook. I only got a year book because we were moving that summer, but I still look back and smile at all the whacky stuff we did backstage. XD
This one is a weaker Sandler film. It's good, but it's also kind of tame. That said, the whole "NO DADDY NOOO!!!!" scene always kills me. This flick is too wholesome to be memorable unfortunately. Maybe if the Deeds rhymes were less like awkward beat poetry on open mic night, people would quote them?
Steve Buscemi is magnificent in this movie. If we're doing an Adam Sandler run, Billy Madison, Big Daddy or Little Nicky. I know Little Nicky is not considered the best, a lot of people think its his worst, but I genuinely loved it

The guy who met with deeds and the girl at the restaurant was Johnnie McEnroe. He was a super famous tennis player who has multiple Wimbledon titles, along with several high profile US and European titles. He set numerous records, and you should really check out his Wikipedia. He did way more than I thought he did, and was a straight up badass tennis player in the 80's.
A couple of days ago I saw a messed up video on Instagram of some people nearing the top of Mount Everest, and they saw equipment and people sliding down the mountain from above them. The woman recording was screaming. I have no idea if those people survived or not.
I have a soft spot for this movie, in my mind it's one of the last of Adam Sandler's streak of fun comedies from when I was young, before the "movie just to have fun with my actor friends" phase.
Uhhh Adam's whole career has been making movies for fun with his actor friends. Going all the way back to the beginning you'll always find someone. Usually multiple people.
@@Alran109 Yeah but before he started executive producing them they had actual well written stories with characters you didn't hate. The later movies skimped on the writing to spend more on his friends and became unwatchable as a result.

The scene where Deeds has Emilio wack his foot with the fireplace poker, when Adam Sandler screams, that was ad-libbed by him. So John Turturro's reaction was genuine. He actually thought he hurt Adam for a second. 😂
I think Judd Apatow may have been a ghostwriter on this movie. Making Babe Bennett from Syosett, NY was the giveaway for me, because that’s where Apatow grew up.
