I find it strangely satisfying that Toby didn’t lecture Thomas for ditching Mr Roodley, it’s like once he heard what happened, he thought “You know what? I don’t blame him.”.
This was an interesting story. Thomas and Toby having trouble with the same passenger is something new. I cannot believe how rude Mr Roodley was. Well done to the narrator for his splendid work.
This sure was a good story! The name Roodley sure fitted him perfectly and Toby truly showed that kindness is what we all need in life. I give this a 10/10
Well that’s one way of putting things like that in the story, in fact, first the policeman (the one who gave Thomas trouble of course) and then Mr. Roodley, I wonder what else would come next?
Just goes to show you folks, sometimes Kindness can take you a long way. If you act like Mr. Roodley at the beginning, all I can say is good luck trying to make friends asking for help….
You did an awesome job with the 2nd-Series' essence. If Wilbert Awdry had wrote that one, after "Better Late Than Never" and Britt Allcroft had adapted this, we could have seen that one sooner at Season 2. I have an idea for this Halloween: you could adapt Jolly Mariner's "Percy's Poltergeist" (th-cam.com/video/dSx0MWu_YB0/w-d-xo.html), this version with it's music, sound, Joe Gibbon's narration, in time for this Halloween. Everybody would love to see that one.
That episode was done really pleasantly. Gave me such Season 2 vibes. For the lights at night look so realistic. How did you manage that part? What did you use for the lights?
wonderful job it reminds me of a classic model series episode. and a simple yes or no question do you accept or consider ideas for a future story or episode?
This is really an interesting story. Excellent work and Keep up the amazing work! I do have a few questions for you. 1. Is this story free to adapt into the television format? If so, that’s great. If not, that’s fine. 2. If this story is free to adapt, which Season/Series should this story be adapted in? 3. By the timeline of North Western Railway, which year do you think this story is set in? I’ll look forward to hear it from you.
Hullo there! I'm glad you enjoyed it, I know I certainly did! Now, to answer your questions... 1. Yes it is free to adapt however you wish, just credit me. 2. I recommend Series 1 or 2. 3. 1951. I hope I've been able to answer your questions!😊
@@railmaster63 That’s really great. Considering how you said 1951, I wondered if it is possible that it takes place after Thomas in Trouble and before Dirty Objects in Season/Series 1? :)
What a pleasant surprise!
I'm so very pleased at your work here. Pretty much as I imagined it!❤
You can tell it’s not a true story by the fact that a banker was capable of feeling empathy

Now I get the name sake. A nice little story. Almost felt like a lost season 2 episode.

What's the track that plays when Mr Roodley first rudely talks to Toby, it's a great tune!
I really love how it tackles rude, snooty people.
