When Bradford's usual methods prove unsuccessful with a notably troublesome group of trucks, he's forced to use unorthodox means to make them see sense...
Here's the first of several videos I'll be releasing this month. No SSFH volume this year (I ain't got time for that anymore lmao) but I do have a couple things cooked up. Keep your eyes peeled. I'm really happy with how this story came together, and it's longer than anything I've dropped in a while, so hopefully this was worth the wait. Anyway, thanks a ton for watching y'all, and enjoy your October. Arguably the best month of the year...
Oh yeah, shout out to @TomatrontheOne for narrating this for me. Your narration elevates anything it touches bro.
Thomas & Friends is owned by Mattel Creations, it’s not mine lol

I half-expected Gremlin to become faceless. Disappearing without a trace is just as terrifying
Gremlin becoming faceless might be more scary and mysterious to the story
@@justine23ds62 "When they counted all the trucks, they found a lone, faceless truck, where Gremlin was said to have been on the train."
Yeah, if gremlin became faceless, that would actually be a whole lot scarier
My head canon, is that the Bad Breakvan either consumed or sent away the truck to send a message to the other trucks: Behave, or else.
Either the truck is in hell, or somewhere worse; I guess… *well never know…*
Scruffy: I think it’s time to retire
I was having the same thoughts about Scruffy too.
I think there's a fan story where Scruffy does just that (don't know the name of it though).
Am i the only one that realized the screams were Marv's from the first Home Alone movie, when Kevin puts the tarantula on his face
Also when he stepped on a nail with his bare-foot up the tarred-up stairs in the basement.
Yep, I notified too
13:20 I thought that sounded familiar.
how do you turn home alone funny moments into scary screams
I noticed that, too! I’ve watched Home Alone too many times to miss it!
The story of the Brake Van is quite intriguing. I suppose we'll never truly know what those trucks witnessed that night in the tunnel. My theory is that they saw something of unspeakable horror
8:29 Never Spoken To Anyone? That’s Strange.
@TroublesomeSlateTruck very strange indeed. Makes you wonder what secrets he could be hiding 🤔.
@@retrorobbyreviewsWe Both Wonder What Secrets He Could Keep Hidden Away From Us.
That Brake Van just sitting around like a sleeper agent waiting to be called upon as an ultimate weapon sounds just about the coolest thing ever
Dear lord above, sounded like that brakevan was a Demon Brakevan
What the hell did the brake van do to that truck 😰
Edit… no wonder British railways feared that brake van
Don't know!
Dismantled them
Took him to hell
@@bigmacsama"Welcome to the shadow realm!" Said the brake van.
@@AbbeyYard Gremlin: Nooooooooooo!!!
*Vanishes with bloodcurdling screams*
The best part is you don’t know if it’s a true or made up story. Love the mystery of it all. Wonderful work you’ve created.
Same here probably one of my fav TTTE horror stories
13:13-13:14 Gremlin And The His Gang Of Trucks Were Now Alone In The Tunnel When Suddenly They Came Within The Loud Blood Curling Screams.
First the thirteenth van with its nightmarish smile, now this brakevan with its emotions face. Love this fandom at Halloween 🎃 such awesome users and storirs too. 😊
The malice troublemaker vs the ultimate rolling stock punisher. Who shall win
Stories 🤓
That was an incredible story, using a breakvan as such in a story is rather unique if you ask me, and the concept was amazing
This is a really cool horror story I like it, also like the characters who told the story normally with most videos, characters from the RWS or models series who tell the horror but this story was told by a CGI character which is pretty rare to come by.
My guess is that they stumbled upon a place in the tunnel where the brakevan had been traumatised before. Maybe he's possesed by the ghost of his former guard, who I'd imagine likes to punish naughty trucks. 😊 👻 😈
Sounds like a good theory.
But wouldn't that make the guard angelic? After all there are stories from the Bible including Revelation and Exodus where angels intervened to send the wicked to hell.
@@evanclarke5561 lol, the trucks expressions don't look like they saw an Angel. 😆
actually… in the Book of Mormon… (which I must specify is ‘Another testament of Jesus Christ’ Angels can be terrifying in their own right… especially towards those who have done wrong…)
@@jamesthomas5109 the trucks are devils themselves
Bring on the ghost stories!
The king has returned to his throne!
That is a great story. I would have loved to see gremlin look different than the rest of the trucks.
what? in pieces?
13:13 The addition of Marv’s scream from Home Alone is fucking genius!
Holy crap, that was very good! Had me at the edge of my seat and startled by the bloodcurdling screams.
Same here mate 👍
Same
Those " Blood curdling" screams was just Marv from Home Alone
@@jacobwhittington2462 Not if you distorted it a bit. But yes, you are right. It is Daniel Stern himself doing that hilarious scream from Home Alone.

Brilliant work.
Hey! He’s back! Cannot wait for the Halloween Special if there is one! ALL ABOARD!!!!!
Now this!
This was a story!
I loved this, Bradford feels a tad bit out of army character but all the stuff I loved it!
This was a very good story, Rheneas. The idea of the brake van being a hitman from hell used to dispose of troublesome trucks is an amazing idea. Great work!
So that's why that van was kept separate. The manager knew of its power and only kept it around for disciplinary actions.
This is one of the best ones I’ve heard. Especially from your channel. Great job, I really enjoyed it
Bros returned and it was peak
I have a theory that the brakevan was or is a supernatural being, possibly even a demon that the manager has a deal with hence the brakevan being left on a siding by itself as if it's some kind of weapon or tool only to be used for extra measures
It would explain why Gremlin just vanished without a trace, and the red light in the tunnel as well. Maybe the brakevan became some kind of monster and ate Gremlin, or like someone else here said in another comment, it dragged or sent Gremlin to hell which is probably what traumitized the trucks to the point where they can't even speak anymore
Edit: I mainly got this theory because I remembered the animatronics in Graveyard Shift at Freddy's being similar in a way. The manager of Freddybear's knows the animatronics are alive, and feeds them night guards to keep them at bay. The story and lore for GSAF Implies that the manager made a deal with a demon to make more money, but in exchange now has to feed demons possessing the mascots of Freddybear's as part of the deal. I think something similar happened here with the brakevan. The manager either made a deal with a demon in exchange for something to help the railway, or maybe the brakevan caused chaos a lot before being given a deal to be used only for specific situations like the trucks being a nightmare to deal with by normal punishment and scolding, so the only way to deal with them is to have the brakevan do its thing
My reaction to these scary stories especially to Screams On The Mountain☠️☠️☠️
I like to think that the mysterious brakeman was a demon from heck, and it brutally devoured and destroyed gremlin Infront of the other trucks.
I think you mean a demon from hell.
What if that guard's van/caboose was an angel from train heaven who came to punish Gremlin for his villainy?
@@blazingswordsman5410 i do, but I didnt want to get demonitized on this broken platform.
That was a good one. I always like seeing videos where those dastardly trucks get either karma or scared s***less.
That was a great story! I love Bradford in this story, and I love how you got him and Boco together. I also love Bradford's story and that was terrifying, and I think that brakevan should be the Devil's brakevan.
Okay, that was quite a spooky story. I haven't heard a story like that in ages. It seems Bradford has a few tricks up his own sleeves. The part with the trucks in the tunnel has to be the most frightening scene of the whole story.
My goodness, this is genuinely creepy. It's amazing.
No SSFH this year made me kinda sad, happy that you are still dropping content tho
It's that time of year again for spooky stories!
It certainly has been a while, the story itself was nice and very spooky, even if it had gave me some goosebumps.
Not sure if there’s gonna be more videos for October or Halloween this year, but this is good enough for a Halloween story. 🎃
Wow that story was spooky
Can’t wait to see what else you got for the Halloween season
9:22 Gremlin is awesome, big fan already.
13:14 Ladies and gentlemen, Daniel Stern as Marv in Home Alone 1 and 2.
Excellent choice for the screams.
A very Classic Series style story featuring Bradford.
I like how much this fits with all the scary episodes in season 5, specifically Duncan gets spooked, with the mystery element. Not know what is and isn’t really about his story
Definitely an interesting Bradford focused episode. I look forward to seeing what comes next.
The screams of the trucks would be horrifying, if I didn't instantly recognize them from Home Alone.
Seriously this was bone chilling or as the engines say dome chilling it’s so unnerving
Crikey... What a story...😨
Great work by the way!👍
It's great to see another video from you!

A break then made me chill thinking of what he would do but the fact that we don't know and it was so cryptic just makes it perfect
There is a comment in the video "demons" by Carson's video workshop out there who says something which I could only agree on!
"See?" He would say as l almost requote everything correctly "no jumpscare or *gore* required just plain spooky stuff"
He didn't say this really, I'm just basing this from my mind, but I love it!
Great story!
He returned!
One wonders if Bradford told the truth or if he had had something like this made up in case of troublemakers.Or if it was real and he fictionalised it or.....hes really out there..,..there are so many iterations of his story It makes me wonder.
Good story. I like how it was Geoffrey pulling the train considering he was the main villain in another story, 'The Devil's Banker'.
BEAUTIFULLY well made!!!
We are back with the spoopy stories I see?
It kinda feels weird seeing Bradford being more er…Tolerable than in the show instead of being strictly by the rules in a military fassion, unless someone finally beat sense into him
So finally got to finish this and…wow…So it seems that Brakevan is some sort of being meant to eliminate the bad trucks to prevent trouble happening again. Though, does that mean the manager knows about this and only uses it if absolutely necessary? And how did that van even become this soul taker entity? Maybe bewitched by some kind of dark magic?
Bradford did show a caring side in Samson and the Fireworks.
That was a true Halloween scene at 14:16
That strange Brake Van Killed Gremlin the Troublesome Truck.
Great video can't wait to see what else you have in store
Welcome back and great video.
Amazing video! You always make the best Halloween stories
12:12 Geoffrey before he got killed in the stories of sodor by victor tanzig...............Myeeeess

I wonder if Bradford and Hector would get along? They both seem sensible and stern too. 😊

It wouldn't be October without a spooky Rheneas Productions video
Sounds like the devil himself was the guard in that van.

Breaking Brakevan
I think the caboose/guard's van was an angel from train heaven who came to punish Gremlin for his villainy
This was a good video I loved how the manager used the bad breakvan to stop the bad trucks and give them severe trauma and the end truly a scary story
Rest in Pieces Gremlin.

Great Story of Bradford and Him Telling The New Truck That Story to Make Them Straighten up
I'm sure Geoffrey hated being on a branch line
Incredible story
The best one after awake and alert
What I want to know is was the brake van truly responsible for what happened or was it the tunnel.
If it was the tunnel that would explane why the van never responded to anyone or anything because it only responds to it's master the tunnel.
Cooking per usual, keep it up
Bradford spooky story? heck yeah!
Dang. And I used to watch this show as a kid. I always thought that Thomas the Tank Engine was just an innocent kids show with nothing too unusual about it. God I could NOT have been more wrong.
Fun Fact: the screams used in the tunnel scene come from Home Alone. I have no proof of this but I can easily tell as I watch it every December.
hooray!! finally some new ttte content for me to consume
Bro came back like William Afton
First-time viewer. All for the general vibe for this spooky month.
Now, let us rationalize what may or may not have happened. One possibility is that the story was made up, though I feel like people would be unsatisfied with that answer.
So, assuming the story is true, the brakevan clearly has some ties with something demonic-esque.
My theory of what happened was that Gremlin may have been erased. By erased, I mean being atomically pulled apart in a lovecraftian matter. I suppose vaporization is a better term, but I feel like erased is more appropriate for the theme of the story.
Hope we get to see the mysterious cult from last year.
Well done on this story!
Yeoooooo wtf the brake van 😮😢 I’m scared just for watching this remake this with engine 😂
My theory is that sparks from the sudden brake application set Gremlin on fire, burning him up in front of all the other trucks and causing the red glow. Once the fire had consumed Gremlin it was too big to be sustained by the limited oxygen found in a tunnel and suffocated itself before it could spread to the other trucks. Random brake applications would also explain why that brakevan was marked as 'do not use'. Either that or Bradford made the whole thing up.
This story was freaky as hell 😱
Long Time No See! 😃
what even the heck happend in that tunnel with the red light and screams?!?!?!? holy crap that was terrifying!!! i wonder what made that truck dissapear and omg i have so many questions. can somebody help
