Can anyone reply that in El Nino years due to presence of extra Low pressure @ Peruvian coast High pressure @ Mascerence high basin gets confused due to presence of 2 low pressures @Tibet and @ Peruvian coast so intensity of South west monsoon weakens but normal years also there is a low pressure @ Australia which is even closer to India. so in that way south west monsoon should be weakened more.
