  • Seasonings for 3 pounds
    Salmon Bellies or fish of your choice
    This method can be Make with chicken as well. If made with chicken we call it Mok Gai
    1/4 Cup sticky rice soak in water for two hours
    3 stalks of Lemongrass slice or crushed than cut into 3 inches
    One cup of water to blend the sticky rice and all the herbs

    8-10 Kiffir Lime Leaves
    2 handfuls Asian Dills
    2 Handfuls Lemon Basils
    2 Bunches of Green Onions or two handfuls
    Cut all into two inches length
    1 medium white onions cut in 4th
    3 Shallots cut in 1/3 or smaller
    4-6 slices of fresh Gingers
    5-10 Chilies peppers or to taste
    *You can put a few extra Chilies in the fish mixer for people who likes extra spicy
    1 Cup of Coconut Milk Is optional. It taste good with coconut Milk too
    Materials:
    Banana leaves fresh or frozen
    Aluminum foil
    Seasonings:
    1/2 teaspoon Salt
    1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
    1 Tablespoon Anchovy Sauce (Optional)
    1 teaspoon MSG
    1 Teaspoon Chicken Power
    *I tried my best to estimate the amount of seasonings for the 3 pounds portion
    After you mix everything really well get a small amount put in the bowl in microwave for two minutes and taste then add whatever you think you need
    This dish can be served with steamed vegetable of your choice
    Or any fresh vegetables of your choice
