I genuinely miss this game considering the online functionality was ended with Miiverse, I really hope this fun community-level-sharing puzzle game returns on the Nintendo Switch in a way like Mario Maker did… I had fun guiding the mini’s through official and other player’s levels, as well as especially building them!

I just came here from missing Mini Land Mayhem’s level editor... I remember those challenges they used to have every so often? I found my copy the other day and honestly I can’t complete any of the levels 8 year old me came up with

This game was way better to play on the OG 2DS. I played it on my Wii U as well but the game pad was too large and bulky to hold and also react quickly enough. The OG 2DS is one of the most comfortable handhelds Nintendo ever made. I love that thing.

I wish the Wii U and 3DS versions were they're own thing. For the Wii U version, you have more extra levels and/or features, HD, and a two big enough screens, but you have this ending: 1:10:54. For the 3DS version, you have a few missing levels (likely World E3 and E4 that are Wii U exclusive, or just missing World E2), low resolution and two different sized screens, extra features and/or levels that are 3DS exclusive, and portability, but the ending is different where you actually save Pauline, Donkey Kong gets mad then becomes sad, and Mario gives him something, like a Gold Mini Mario, to make him feel better after not making anything new for a long time. Also some levels are different on each version.

If there is a new game in the series, I want each level to switch from playing as Mario to controlling the minis.

It wasn't full price. It was 20 bucks. And it's 2 hours if you know the levels by Heart. It's actually from 5 to 10 hours. Plus you used to get the 3Ds version too, which is different, so 20 hours in total

It was a 20 bucks game with a pretty big difficulty, and was cross buy, so someone else could get a download code for free. Sounds like a good deal to me

compared to Mario vs Donkey Kong 1, 2 and 3 this game is........ bland and nothing
Yeah man, Tipping Stars is nothing original and didn't bring ANY new mechanics, this game just brought back ALL the mechanics from Miniland Mayhem, and some from Minis March Again
The main game is pretty boring, but I loved it just for its online stuff, which is my favorite part of this game, but even that was short lived for this game in particular
