I think if you eat small portions after every two hours, it should be fine. If you are dieting and when you come out of it, you are sure to put on weight again. I think you need to eat everything but good diet that way your chemical balance will be okay. Oil is also necessary for the body. Meditarian diet is the best diet and healthy too👍

I really impressed with your weight loss Journey but loosing 9 kg in 45 days never recommended. According to to NHS weight lost should be 1-2 pound per kg per week not more than that. I lost 9 kg in 3 months with proper diet and exercise. My idea is loose Fat not muscle but when you loose the weight sharply you always loose some muscle with fat so my advise is eat healthy and do proper exercise and loose the fat.

I do take multivitamins and other minerals too and my hairfall did get better xx

Very strict diet. You can use a bit of olive oil no worries it's always used in meditarian diet

I compeltely agree but i didnt loose weight in a unhealthy way. I made sure to take all my nutrients and supported my diet with supplements.
